The service was faultless, the breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was stunning. I’ve been before, and I will come back again every time I come to London.

Saturday night dinner was hard work. Cocktails took so long starters arrived first. My partner’s was overcooked and it took a while to get a replacement. Had to keep asking for things that weren’t being done: water, ice, wine, pour more wine, take the menus away. Food was good but by no means great. Finally we agreed to dessert menus. And waited and waited and waited and gave up. And then we had to ask to have the bill adjusted as they tried to charge us twice for the overcooked starter. Prices are too high for that kind of experience.

Burger dry & overcooked. Steak tartare not as it used to be served.

Very happy Good food Good service Value for money Ambience The only thing letting it down is rest rooms need refurb toilet didn’t flush and taps at sink not working properly

Love this place, lovely without being too big or loud and a wide choice in the menu. Cocktails are great too!

They gave me a table right next to the serving station. Also, they don’t clean the table before dessert.

Unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing.. I visit london every year and I make sure I make time to add Brasserie of Light on my calendar. I love the place, the food, the atmosphere. and everytime I comeback, my expectations are high based on the last visit. this time around, we waited a very long time for our food to arrive to the table. when that finally happend our whole order was placed at once!! the starters and the mains. so we were in a situation where our food was getting cold because we had to choose to start with a dish and not the other. While the food was being rushed to the table by two or three waiters, one of them spilled tomato salad all over my sister's dress and left us there scrambling to clean her us. NO ONE of the staff offered us a towel or a wet napkin, in fact they all vanished and we were sitting there with stained table cloths in our hands because no one was there to take them from us and get us new clean ones. its true that the waiter did say "sorry" multiple times but the help and actions are what matter in such situations. Finally, the ladies room was in bad shape (smells bad and lacks toilet paper) and we also had to call someone to let them know the place required attention.

We booked well in advance and requested a certain table, we arrived on time and yet three people had been seated at the very table moments before we arrived, they only wanted drinks and hadn’t ordered, the table could have be saved for us. We sat somewhere else and had drinks before ordering food, soon the staff came over and asked if we wanted to move which we did. The restaurant has grown to be one of our favourites, if we make a request in advance we would think it could be read and actioned if possible, or what is the point of asking? Well done to the staff for moving us, we had a great night
