Miso cod was amazing- so was the popcorn shrimp! Loved the cocktails- especially the Mai Colada- Service was slow and forgetful but friendly

Have dined here a few times and always enjoyed the experience… on this occasion we found the portions had definitely got smaller, my kir royal was half filled, and the shrimp popcorn potion defo smaller. In this occasion the service was poor, we were seated straight away, however it took 30mins for drinks order which we had to ask for and the same with our food, waited over an hour for our food. The manager did not come to the table to acknowledge the poor service which I found rude, however did remove the service charge. I would have been happier if someone had come over and spoke to me and acknowledged the service issue. Not sure we will return as there are so many lovely places near by with excellent service

Post work meal with a colleague. Lovely food, service okay. Slightly too loud for a comfortable conversation.

The atmosphere is great. The food is lovely, although the mains are on the small side. Service was a bit slow. Need to be more flexible regarding the menu choices and allergies. Disappointing as my daughter chose the bang bang chicken as a main, having previously looked at the menu. The menu only stated having peanuts in the ingredients, however when we ordered the server checked with the kitchen and the bang bang chicken actually contains cashew nuts, NOT stated on the menu and my daughter would have gone in to anaphylactic shock if she’d eaten that being allergic to cashews. PLEASE BEWARE AND THOROUGHLY CHECK INGREDIENTS! The kitchen were completely inflexible to provide the dish without cashews so she had to choose something else on the menu, which was disappointing. Overall, I’d be reluctant to go back.

The service was faultless, the breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was stunning. I’ve been before, and I will come back again every time I come to London.

Saturday night dinner was hard work. Cocktails took so long starters arrived first. My partner’s was overcooked and it took a while to get a replacement. Had to keep asking for things that weren’t being done: water, ice, wine, pour more wine, take the menus away. Food was good but by no means great. Finally we agreed to dessert menus. And waited and waited and waited and gave up. And then we had to ask to have the bill adjusted as they tried to charge us twice for the overcooked starter. Prices are too high for that kind of experience.
