The best duck I’ve ever tasted. The service was great. The bar downstairs was really cool. The cocktails are amazing.

Could not speak more highly about our experience! We were celebrating my birthday and they went above and beyond - reaching out in advance to ask for my favorite color and drink. There were balloons and a happy birthday sign on the table when we arrived and a welcome mini cocktail! Everyone who passed wished me a happy birthday. The oysters were fresh and delicious and both of our mains were great!

We sat at the bar, had the chilled seafood platter and escargot. Both were very good. We ended with after dinner drinks and an apple pastry. The dessert was inedible. Both my husband and I had one bite and put our forks down. Burnt bitter rock hard pastry. The pastry chef came by and we let her know it wasn’t good, she said that is how it supposed to taste and removed it from us. When we received the bill we were charged in full for it. Our experience at a nice restaurant has always been, if the item is inedible than the item is taken off the bill. This was a real turn off and because of it we do recommend this restaurant. There are hundreds to choose from, just as good with better service.

Lovely location in an old bank in the heart of Charleston. The food was wonderful. Just got back from France and this meal was on par with some of the better meals there. Everything was fresh and cooked with care. Cocktails were interesting and delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive and made the experience as enjoyable as the food. Really can’t say enough about how pleasant an evening this was. The price was very reasonable relative to the quality!

Nice service. Salads need a bit more dressing but pretty good food for the price.

Accidentally discovered this place because I admired the doors when I was walking by. Located in an old bank, the decor is charming and elegant. We were seated at the chef's counter and got to watch the food being prepared. Service was wonderful and we enjoyed chatting with the chefs. All of the food was good but I need to call special attention to the French oysters - possibly the best I've ever had -, the burger (I don't like burgers and I wanted to steal more than a bite from my dining companion!), and the scallops. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening there.

This might be a pet peeve, but when I asked about a recommendation of the menu, of course the most expensive entrée was suggested. That might be a coincidence but when we decided to go with the restaurant week option, which of course was less money, it seem like the attitude of our server changed. another pet peeve is when you’re cocktail “like an old fashion” comes in a smaller than average class with a very large ice cube and you get very little cocktail for your money yet are charged a premium price. I know restaurants have to make a profit, but it certainly seems like they are squeezing every bit of profit at the expense of customer satisfaction. Why does it seem when you’re second or third drink arrives, you notice that it’s not the better alcohol you had in your first drink. Don’t they realize the customer notices

Just WOW! The food, drinks, service and experience were amazing!! Becky took great care of us and the manager even checked on us a couple of times as we sat at the Chefs table. I told them ahead of time that it was my friend’s 50th birthday expecting maybe a little dessert with a candle. But they went above and beyond making her feel special. The whole staff signed a card for her, decorated the table and left a small wrapped gift. Everyone was kind and welcoming! I owe them a ton gratitude, and will definitely return! ust
