Our brasseries are warm and welcoming with comfortable spaces where you can gather for a leisurely lunch or dinner from our extensive fresh & seasonal à la carte menu. Many of our restaurants have great little bars and lovely outside areas where you can stave off the hunger until dinner with a glass of wine, a beer or a refreshing cocktail.

Our food is sourced with care from some of the best producers and farmers in the country, the dishes are freshly prepared by our wonderful chefs and brought to you by knowledgeable teams who are here to make your visit just as perfect as it can be.

We had a fabulous celebration lunch at Brasserie Blanc following my daughter's Masters Graduation. We went on early the day before to confirm a couple enquiries. Melissa dealt with these very well and was really welcoming. We were given celebratory glasses of Prosecco and the food was sublime. Double baked souffles with cheese sauce, Venison, Pork with Prunes and Armanac and potatoes flavonoids beautifully cooked, tender and hot. All delivered by friendly staff. I couldn't recommend it more, it was the perfect choice.

We went for our Anniversary lunch. As usual, the high quality of the food and the service attracted us. Pork Roulade was excellent and didn't need sides; King Prawns were very good, though possibly slightly overcooked (this time only) — maybe these could have done with a side dish. The staff are lovely and chatted to us but didn't pester. A very nice part of our day.

Quite simply a beautiful meal Olives and 2 glasses of chewing blanc to start. Next we both chose fish, the trout dish and the cod brandade with a carafe of the chewing blanc. Both dishes were superb. This was followed with the chef's special - raspberry souffle. If we lived in Winchester we would visit often.

Friendly, uncluttered, treat-worthy place with excellent food and accompanying drink. Brasserie Blanc is our go-to venue when we deserve a reward or self-present and it never fails.

Really enjoyable evening. My favourite was the cheese soufflé. It would have been good to know about happy hour before arriving as our table was booked for 7 and in hind sight we may have gone for 6.30 instead. I would definitely come back though.

Very reliable and fast friendly service. Still our pick of the restaurant chains - they just have the edge e.g. I fancied a burger and it was perfect with excellent French fries.

Went here after a long absence and refound a wonderful place to eat. Food amazing. The waiters were fab and we had a lovely table next to a window. Lovely evening all round.

i am a fairly regular visitor to BB and was looking forward to a family meal on a Saturday evening. However, we were placed directly next to a table of 10 who were incredibly noisy which made it very difficult to hear each other on our table. I wont be back on a Friday or Saturday again.
