Kitchen service was exceptionally slow though we didn't mind. Skate had a funky aftertaste and had to be returned. To their credit, they took it off the bill but i would have expected the offer of dessert or something else. Chicken entree was just ok. The clam appy was good not great. Had appy and drinks at Amalfi nextdoor before dinner here and its night and day, service and food sooo much better!

Our experience for my wife's birthday could not have been better! We have previously celebrated at Amalfi and this was our first visit. We were seated in a wonderful booth as requested which already had a signed birthday card from the Brasserie team and we were promptly served two wonderful flutes of champagne. Our server was outstanding and while we lacked for nothing if needed, no one hovered over us. Fresh oysters were so fresh they still had that taste of the sea I crave from fresh raw oysters. We also had the mussels which if you like mussels should not be missed. A slightly spicy unique sauce was awesome and again, they were very fresh. We next shared Bobby's take on French onion soup. I would definitely order again, but I would encourage a less dense bread be used, otherwise outstanding. My wife had the center cut pork chop of which I ate almost half as it is huge and was perhaps the best we have ever had. The sauce was amazing. Lastly, knowing I would be have part of her pork chop as she is not a hefty eater, i had the Yellowtail Crudo which I cannot recommend enough. Pricey, yes, worth it, absolutely. We had rose by the glass and they served a very good French rose.

I’m a serious salmon eater and the salmon dish with the honey mustard horseradish sauce served in a cast iron plate was absolutely delicious. My complements to the chef.

The staff was awesome especially bartender Garret and waiter Dylan and his team. The food was a bit disappointing. Expected better from Bobby Flay (we loved the southwestern restaurant he used to have at, I think, the MGM Grand). The Vidalia Onion soup was tasty but the "crouton" was one piece of dense bread with the cheese so it was very difficult to cut through. My husband's Black Bass was small but very tasty. The asparagus with peppercorn sauce was fine. I had the NY Strip steak with frites. The pommes frites were good and crunchy but the steak (which I asked for medium) was overcooked and dry. The hollandaise sauce was good. For dessert, we had the profiteroles and they were pretty tough and stuffed with ice cream instead of the usual cream. They were difficult to eat. I only ate 1 and I let my husband have the other 2. All in all, for a $200 meal, it would have been a total disappointment but the wait staff and hostess saved the experience from a total loss.

The service was terrible and our waitress spoke very little broken English. She didn't understand our questions. The steak took 70 minutes to be served and only 1 entree was delivered followed by another 10 minutes wait for the second entree.

The service was excellent. Dylan was knowledgeable and very helpful with our orders. The food was great and so was the atmosphere. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone! We'll be back in our next trip to Vegas. We look forward to seeing you again
