This is our third time eating here. Food never disappoints. Service is top notch! We love Damion our server.

very expensive, even for Las Vegas. Food was very generic - nothing extraordinary or special.. Thinkng there has to be a better place to visit. So would not return and wish everyone to try places with more innovative menu, etc

Bread with escargot was stale. Not enough parsley/garlic with them, also too much butter. Dover sole was dry. Accompanying mushrooms were very tasty. Little to no value for money.

Overall the place is pretty good I would recommend it, just wish the food came out warmer. It took a long time for us to get our food and when we finally got it was some what cold. We came at 11:15. Lunchtime is 11:30 so only breakfast menu was available.

Very nice place. Would go again. Seemed to be lacking with salt. Nice chopped salad was excellent only sad part was we were told it was a dinner salad sized portion but it was not. Pork was excellent but needed salt. NY Strip steak was cooked almost perfectly but needed salt. Proteins didn’t come out HOT. Overall it was a very good experience.

This is the fifth time I’ve been here for brunch and both items I was dreaming of having again (omelette basquaise or the pork chop) have been removed from the menu. I had a goat cheese and mushroom omelette which was poorly made(all the goat cheese on one end and the mushrooms and the goat cheese on the other so I had to deconstruct to get a bite with both ) and there was no seasoning, herbs or even salt - not typical Bobby Flay with perfect seasoning. The pastry basket was disappointing this time - over baked and not fresh. A waiter said, the previous trip, that Spago was baking the pastries. Really? We were told first time we ate here they were done in house daily and they tasted like it back then. I did not feel like I was at a Bobby Flay restaurant.

It was disappointing. I’ve been to a number of his restaurants in the past and they were great. The pork chop I had was delivered cold, and my father ordered the dover sole and it was overcooked. Wouldn’t go back.

We fine at Brasserie B often and are never disappointed. Exceptional service from JoAnne! Tried the gnocchi a new addition to the menu and it was delicious with brown sage butter, mushrooms in a bechamel sauce.

This was hands down one of the most magical experiences of my life. Is that dramatic? Absolutely, but if you’ve been there you know. The food. The atmosphere. It was genuinely like feeling we had stepped into a little restaurant in Paris. Our server Dylan was phenomenal! He was kind, attentive, and just perfect!
