A French-Inspired Culinary Gem As longtime followers of Bobby Flay's culinary ventures, having enjoyed memorable meals at Mesa Grill in Las Vegas and Gato in New York, we were eager to experience his latest Vegas establishment. Brasserie B not only lived up to our expectations but proved to be an AMAZING addition to the city's dining scene. Ambiance The restaurant's aesthetic presents an interesting juxtaposition - while I initially perceived a cafeteria-like simplicity, my husband noted its authenticity to a French brasserie. Thoughtful touches, like providing black napkins to prevent lint transfer to dark clothing, demonstrate attention to detail that elevates the dining experience. Wine Program The wine list, while extensive, skews notably expensive. Our choice of Frank Family Estates Cabernet was excellent, though the markup exceeded typical restaurant pricing. For a Las Vegas establishment, the absence of quality options in the $75-100 range feels like a missed opportunity. While premium wines certainly have their place, a more diverse price range would better serve the full spectrum of diners. Culinary Excellence The true star of the evening was the consistently exceptional food, with each course justifying its premium pricing: Appetizers The steak tartare emerged as a standout, ranking as perhaps the finest version I've encountered - a bold statement given I reserve this dish for trusted high-end establishments. The baby gem Caesar and escargot rounded out our starters, each executed with precision and flavor. Main Courses Our party of three explored diverse offerings, each proving memorable: - Salmon: A revelation featuring a unique honey preparation that transformed the familiar fish into something extraordinary - Pork Chop: So expertly prepared that it was picked clean to the bone - Mussels: Served in a perfectly balanced garlic broth that was light yet flavorful Check out Yelp for complete review

Absolutely outstanding meal. We actually got to meet Chef Bobby Flay. We had the lobster Crab cake, potato chips, scallop Sophie and onion soup to start. All were exceptionally made. For entrees, my husband had the filet and mashed potatoes. He said it was fantastic. I had the crispy chicken franchise. I will never eat chicken franchise the same again. It was phenomenal. Our server was very attentive and the entire staff was just wonderful. Highly recommend

Another great meal here at Caesars Las Vegas. My wife is a huge Bobby Flay fan and we were surprised to learn he was working in the kitchen. He took the time to talk briefly and get a picture with us!

Very nice restaurant. The drinks were great. The appetizers (Scallops Sophie and Escargot) were both wonderful. My wife had the Dover Sole and I had the Filet Mignon, again both were very good. We shared the Apple Tart, and almost ordered another one. We highly recommend. We were told that the restaurant was rebranding itself as a steakhouse with a new menu the day after we went so we cannot comment on that.

Disappointing from start to finish.I am fan of Bobby Flay’s restaurants in general as he is know for his bold flavors. Somehow this French Bistro misses on all cylinders.I started with French Onion soup. Broth was bland, onions were not carmelized, crouton was hard as a rock. For my entree, I ordered traditional Eggs Benedict.Did not mention what it was served with. Inquired with server, he said a friccasse salad. Typically, it’s served with some sort of breakfast potato. They did offer a side of potatoes for something like $14.00. I thought that was excessive, considering adding that into the Eggs Benedict, it would have been close to $45.00. I asked if they could just add a few breakfast potatoes instead of the salad. Server said no Bobby does not allow substitutions. I don’t think Bobby would make a blanket statement like that. I asked to check with the manager & let me know. Next thing I know, entree was served to me with the salad. Salad was completely dry without any vinaigrette on it.I would have order something else, if he would have come back and said cannot make any exceptions. He did not even apologize. I asked for the manager. When I explained what happened, she didn’t seem to care of my displeasure whatsoever. She abruptly took my plate, and returned it with a small potion (which was fine) of potatoes. The table next to me also very loudly complained about the Lobster Club sandwich. H said he ordered the bacon crispy and it came out barely cooked, as well as a skimpy portion of lobster. He said nothing came with the sandwich as well. They got up from the table without eating. When I went for brunch it was ion aa Sunday prime time at 11;30 am. The restaurant was nearly half empty. In my option, I can see why. The bistro for only being a little over a year old, seemed dark and worn already. If you go across the street to Paris and dine at their French Bistro- Mon Ami Gabi, complete different experience. Restaurant is cherry, & great bistro cuisine.
