Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse by Bobby Flay offers delicious and distinct French-inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

The restaurant features an L-shaped bar with a lounge that flows into the main dining space, and a raw bar with a lit canopy spilling over the tables below. The intimate, 140-seat dining room features blown glass chandeliers, cane-backed cafe chairs and handmade subway tile that entices a classic Parisian feel. Known for signature dishes such as Steak Frites, Whole Lobster, and delicious Raw Bar with Oysters and Shrimp Cocktail.

Food was just ok and not worth what they charged. Service was very slow and it was a Wednesday and the restaurant wasn’t full. We waited over and hour for our food, had to ask for water and waited on the check way to long. We would not go back.

Unfortunately- our 350.00 meal for two was not very good. One steak was correct and tasted good. The other was as if you put meat in a skillet without any seasoning and put it on a plate. That was supposed to be a ribeye spice crusted steak. Zero flavor. We never got our second martini round- but the waiter did say he wouldn’t charge us for it… that was nice - we didn’t get it. The hostess seemed bothered by customers - the waiter was nice so we still tipped well. The kitchen and staff need a lot of work. We will not be back to find out how it goes. Bobby Flay should order a spice crusted steak and do his own review…

It is our 2nd time eating there and we loved it both times. The food is Amazing and service is impeccable. Portions like the grilled pork chop and crispy chicken are big. Our favourites are the homemade potato chips with cheese sauce, crispy chicken with grilled lemon, any of the steaks with the sauces and the chocolate soufflé. All are excellent and you have to try them. It’s pricey but Five Stars, we always eat here once when we come to Vegas.

Literally, everything was so amazing that I’m giving it five stars, even though the lobster tail was tough and cold upon arrival. The potato purée was second to none, my filet mignon was cooked beautifully, and everybody else’s dishes were amazing.

The vibes of this steakhouse and the food that we ordered were all so fantastic. I ordered 2 east coast and west coast oysters each, but if I were to do the night all over again, I would have spent double to get 2 orders of the Bay Scallops Sophie. I also ordered the the onion soup and my boyfriend ordered the king crab appetizer. We walked out fully satisfied with the meal. Besides that, the servers were friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is my sister and i favorite place to eat when in town. Flavors in food are outstanding , service top notch. We had Raul as our waiter when we visited. He was knowledgeable , food was good and it we had a great time.

The service was slow. We waited 20-30 minutes between our salad to our entrees. No follow up or check in. Waiter regularly filled our water, but never asked if we wanted another “drink”. Missed opportunity. Food service was so slow that we felt we didn’t have time for dessert. Also, the soufflé takes 45 minutes, but we were not offered the information until dessert time. Overall, a very mediocre experience.
