Brass Kitchen & Bar is located on Yampa Street in Downtown Steamboat Springs. Chef Ryan Fowler reimagines continental classics as healthful, modern American plates. A diverse selection of artisanal spirits, wines and beers on tap offer the perfect pairing. A staff of career restaurant professionals conveys the hospitality for which Steamboat Springs is famous in an upbeat contemporary, yet warmly inviting space. Conceived as a place where friends and all members of the family are welcome, quality and affordability are core values. Favorites include Cassoulet and Hofbrau Dunkelweiss, and Sriracha Braised Pork Cheeks with dry Riesling or Mezcal.

Happy Hour, 3:30 to 5:30 pm daily, is a time, when locals gather to toast the day's outdoor adventures. The full menu and all beverage are available at a 25% discount.

We welcome your reservation, or invite you to drop by. Bar and table seating is available.

No show reservations will be charged A $25 per person fee.

There were four of us in our group and we all loved our food. The cheese steak was my favorite!

Warm welcome on arrival. Server was fun and patient, explained menu and wine. Menu was limited to a relatively small number of items but food was very good and well spiced. Warm "thank you for coming in", with name, upon exit.

We dined on the Chef's pairing menu and can't say enough about the food, the wine pairing and the attention the staff provided! My wife and I thought it was the best dinning experience we ever had in Steamboat. Thanks Paul! We sure hope the Brass sticks around.

Great food and they have great Happy Hour offering. Nice location, great staff and service. Makes us want to come back often!

We love going to Brass. The menu is FUN FUN FUN and DELICIOUS! Plenty to choose from! The STAFF IS AMAZING!

First time to Steamboat, first time to Brass Kitchen. We absolutely loved the restaurant, food and service. We will be back before this trip is over. Highly recommend!

Always an enjoyable evening at Brass with Paul and crew. The dishes are reliable and delicious. Pauls wine knowledge never disappoints .. he always has a great recommendation. Chef Ryan is consistently creative. Love the staff. Locals returning over & over!
