This sultry 120-seater draws inspiration from across Latin America, honed through Manion’s decades of experience. Think flame- roasted, whole young chickens slicked with garlic-chili oil, steaks cooked over an open fire alongside chimichurri, and moqueca teeming with mussels, shrimp & Mahi Mahi with coconut-scented rice—all washed down with quenching caipirinhas, locally brewed, Latin-inspired beer and 100 bottles of wine under 100 dollars.

MENU: Dive into Pao de Queijo and Endive Salad to start and our signature Moqueca before taking on our 48 oz Bife Maximo. Our Coal Roasted Sweet Potatoes and seasonal vegetables that will keep you coming back for more before finishing off your intimate dinner with our infamous Coconut Soft Serve. PLEASE NOTE: Parties of 6-10 can only be booked as hearth table experiences. THERE IS A $30 PER PERSON DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE USED TOWARDS FINAL PAYMENT.     one of the best meals i have had in chicago. i love the ambiance. we sat at the bar and it was great! i went during happy hour and recommend going during this time and trying the small plates , i will definitely be back. also the coconut soft serve was delicious and i don’t even like coconut

    Really an outstanding meal in a beautiful environment and reasonably priced given all that we tried. The homemade tuna ceviche with plantain chips was exquisite, the snap pea salad was recommended by our server and was my favorite item, the coal roasted sweet potato was OMG good. I'd probably not order the ribs again, just a tad messy and just OK. We had the soft serve coconut ice cream with chocolate which was divine. There were quite a few bar seats, I'd definitely go there again even by myself. Really really good.

    Great food and service , the food wasdesert had so much flavor! Highlight of the meal!! It was a loud experience and even so the lively experience was pleasant

    Nice atmosphere and good service! 2 couples! We started with drinks, a caipirinha which was tasty, but way too much ice! Rum Old Fashion was delicious and 2 glasses of Summer wine, both of which were good! We had grill oysters and prawns for as appetizers, both were tasty, however you had to use your fingers to extricate the prawns from the shell, you ended up with a sticky mess! Everyone had to go wash their hands! For entrees, my wife had the 1/2 lobster, which was tasty but very small portion! I had the chicken which was unfortunately overcooked and as a result dry! The other couple shared the Moqueca (similar to a Paella), which was tasty! We all shared the yuca fries which were delicious! They have a great wine selection, we were able to get a nice bottle of red for less than $60 dollars! Lastly, we shared a chocolate dessert with coconut ice cream and this may have been the best selection all day! Service was prompt and efficient, the decor was very nice ! Overall, decent experience, however you got the sense that the kitchen and bar were a little overwhelmed on a Friday evening, hence someone didn't take the chicken off on time!

    Food was amazing. The steak, English pea salad and sweet potatoes! Yum! Then we had this banana crème brûlée dish that was so good!! Definitely will be back beer again

    Theres only 2-3 main dishes, servings are small, its a tight fit, tables very close together, I was under the impression that it was a steakhouse, that was my mistake. Its seafood mostly. The ambiance is intimate and looks nice, the food is either a hit or miss, idk if id come back🤔

    We had a largely party with several dietary preferences and allergies. The Brasero staff was super accommodating and helpful. Food is great! Particularly loved the moqueca, the sweet potato, and the pao di quiejo. Our group is also obsessed with soft serve ice cream which was also very good. The sparklers are a fun touch. Can’t wait to be back!

    Absolutely DIVINE entrees! Think I’ll be dreaming about the Wagyu steak for weeks! And the oysters were TO DIE FOR!! The plantain-cashew topping took it over the edge for me!
