Overall, excellent experience . Great customer care from the moment you walk through the door of the this restaurant. Food was amazing from beginning to end!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our server, Victor, was knowledgeable and attentive. The food and service were both amazing, and everything was timed perfectly! I would highly recommend Branchline.

My husband and I chose to eat at Branch Line, because it was conveniently located near The Mosesian Center for the Arts, where we were seeing a concert. We loved it! The service was fabulous, and the the food was delicisious. We were happy with the menu choices. It was difficult to choose between the items. We can't wait to go back!

Branch line is our go to place for our weekly date night and special occasions. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive and interesting. The food is delicious.

We had a fantastic experience as first-time diners at Branch Line. Menu was innovative and food was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. What’s more, they actually remembered and acknowledged the special occasion we were celebrating with them that evening. Not a cheap night out, but worth every penny. Can’t wait to have another excuse to return for the incredible Piri Piri chicken!

Waiter was terrific. But Pork was dry and overcooked despite asking for it med not well. Got french fries despite ordering mashed. Ambience was great not too loud. Waiter was uber polite. And accommodating..

We had a group of 12. Our seats were ready when we arrived and water had already been poured for the table. Very friendly staff and service was wonderful, along with the food. Great menu as well!

A very pleasant evening. All of the food was excellent. The good reputation of their rotisserie chicken is well deserved.

Beautiful ambience, great service, delicious food. Watertown’s best restaurant for special occasions. Went for a birthday brunch with a group of 7 women. I had crab cakes which were absolutely full of crab meat, served over a delicious, fresh salad. Blueberry pancakes looked amazing, as did the croque madame.
