Bramleys is a family owned restaurant based in Oakwood, North London.
Our focus is to use the freshest seasonal produce. Our kitchen works with local suppliers in order to minimise wastage as much as possible, while caring for the environment. Our ultimate goal is to extract as much as we can from every single ingredient while creating this unique, flavoursome menu.
The food will be paired with an exclusive wine list as well as some amazing cocktails, mocktails, spirits and drinks in general. Alongside the most spectacular, intimate decor and pleasant atmosphere as well as a VIP Area which can be hired for private events of 20-30 people. First time at Bramleys, I’ve been waiting to come here for a long time so I came through for a cheeky eid meal. Me and the missus were both very satisfied with everything from the food to the service. Outstanding experience. The waiter went above and beyond for us, the chap played a massive part in our overall satisfaction. There was a slight issue with dessert regarding stock but Bramleys blessed us with multiple complimentary items to make up for the issue. Which was unexpected but very appreciated, we also had the place to ourselves which was a bonus. I would highly recommend. Would also recommend the raspberry creme brûlée & also the brownie, 10/10. Thanks guys I’ll be back for sure :)

The food was good but not the value of the amount. Restaurant wanted me to stop decorations cos they thought it’d be too much even when I called in. Fair to say I will not be returning here

Hi, thank you for the visit, we're glad you enjoyed the food. Regarding the excessive decor (welcome sign / board) this is not allowed in the main restaurant when it comes to tables of 2. We only allow decorations in our private room. We were concerned that your decorator was distracting customers, dropping things on the floor while assembling your sign, and blocking our access to the bar & kitchen by bringing various helium canisters and decorating bags in. We addressed these concerns and you ignored them. We let you put the sign up and you're still complaining. A little gratitute would go a long way. You 'demanded' a birthday dessert from the waitress which you labelled rude. This was given on the house as per your demand. Nevertheless, happy birthday & all the best. Bramleys Management

The food was amazing, and we received very good service from Alberto. I would recommend coming here for any occasion or date night.

The place is very nice and cozy and decorative; however the quality of the food was horrendous; i went with a friend for iftar; we ordered the salmon…it was really awful as we never had salmon anywhere with scales on the skin that has not been cleaned properly…moreover compared to the portion sizes its really expensive as you will find out an extra approx 30% on top for their so called service charge and also the figures on the menu doesn’t include tax and you pay separately. So just for skewers, calamari, pasta and salmon it was a £100 bill; we didn't order drinks…which is a bit expensive compared to location

Dear Dilshad, We are extremely sad to hear you didn't enjoy the salmon main & can assure you that we work tremendously hard to provide the best food & service we possibly can. The salmon as opposed to our seabass is served without skin, so we're not quite sure what you're referring to. We found that clients never eat the skin of the salmon, even if crispy. If we can ask that you please email us at info@bramleysrestaurant.co.uk so we can investigate your complaint further. We charge 12.5% service charge like most establishments. Not 30%. Our menu prices do include VAT so what you're saying is in fact incorrect. We simply disclose the VAT amount on the bill but this is already included in the price. Warm and friendly staff. Service was great, food was all brought out at the same time all was lovely, we had the lamb chops/cutlets, octopus and mash, beef burgers, king prawns. Nothing was left on the plates. They even surprised us with a small cake for the birthday. Would definitely recommend Bramleys. Thank you
