    Overall good experience. Food was great with no complaints at all, our waitress was wonderful only negative was the ambiance of the establishment itself - it was incredibly hot, felt disjointed and is need of an update desperately. Water is served in plastic cups…The place brands itself as fine dining yet there were patrons in shorts, sandals and ugly shirts - that is not fine dining where I come from. We probably won’t be back until the ambiance of the restaurant is upgraded to a classier feel as that plays a vital role in our enjoyment of a dinner out.

    On a busy holiday evening we and our guests had another great dinner. David made excellent recommendations and the service was exceptional as always. Cheddar biscuits right from the oven and the line caught halibut was delicious. Thanks for having us!

    Quaint outside experience! Waitress was personable, food was delicious and presented beautifully! Loved the inside bar!

    Bramble and Brine never ceases to amaze. Great food and excellent service. We always request seating on the porch and Natalie as our waitress, who not only is French but fits right into the atmosphere of this lovely renovated older building. Even though this restaurant was formerly called the Buttery, the new owner has continued with the same tradition as being the premier restaurant in Lewes. The occasion was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and he was completely pleased with the service and food as usual.

    We love fine dining, but with friendly not snooty stuffy service. Our first time here and we we loved it. Intresting menu, great wine selection , friendly, fun yet professional service. Well done

    As always, Natalie was amazing. We always feel welcome and appreciated by her and David. The dinner was good - still adjusting to the new menu. Overall a great dinner

    This is one of the best restaurants in the area. Meal was outstanding, service was excellent, and we even got a parking spot in front! The chocolate dessert was fabulous. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!! I had the scallops, and my partner had the fresh catch. The drinks were delicious.
