Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you're in the mood for something more Vegas style, the 24oz. Flannery Beef Ribsteak is just right.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

The kitchen is open from 5pm to 1am, Tuesday through Saturday. The bar is usually open later. Full menu until 12am, then a satisfying late night menu until 1am.

We attended for a birthday celebration and no stone was left unturned. We sat in a quaint both… overlooking the bar. The drinks were exceptional, apps- toast (has salami, shrimp scampi& broccolini. The broccolini needs its on stage.. perfection. We wanted a side salad so they made us Caesar’s. Tons of dressing but otherwise 4.9/5. Pizza, entrees— shrimp da fioli-5/5 but then the swordfish OMG the best we’ve ever had…. They couldn’t let us go without singing Happy birthday. The presentation and the something like tiramisu is 20/10!! They made the evening special, the runner, the server and the host were all great at what they do’

We had a great birthday celebration for my friend. Start the evening off right with drinks at the bar! Service and food was perfect.

Service was Pleasant and Attentive. 'G' was a Fantastic Bartender. Matt was a Pleasant & Attentive Server. Food came out Timely. Meat Balls were Excellent and Pork Belly was Good. The Braised Eggplant was Very Good. Roasted Chicken Pizza was Good but needed MORE Chicken. Roasted Chicken should have been Crisp on the Outside. Swordfish was OK but would have been better Served as a thicker piece. The Focaccia Bites were Excellent. I will Return.

Our party of 4 dined here on a Saturday night. We had a reservation and we're seated promptly. Our waiter came over right away to offer water and take our drink orders. We needed more time to choose a wine, it was at this point that our waiter went MIA. After about 15 minutes or more, the host noticed us looking around and he promptly rectified the situation. The Caesar salad was delicious as were the 3 different pastas that we ordered. All in all, it was a very good dining experience.

Busy Saturday night, and we were seated after a group ahead of us was seated. We requested a private booth just to have an intimate night out, which was nice but seemed to also mean that we were forgotten about as well. Service was slow, didn't place our order for at least 25 minutes, then he forgot to put in our order, and we were there for an hour before any food got to the table. Food was ok, but forgettable, nothing really stood out. Drinks were about the same. We couldn't really enjoy the meal as we were running late for show reservations due to the delay. Friendly host and server, but didn't make up for the subpar service and food.

Hi Nick, Last night was not a good night for Bramare and I was expecting reviews like this unfortunately. We had some sudden staffing issues and we unfortunately had too much business us to handle properly. While the staff did the best they could, it certainly affected the night for many of our diners. As a new business, we can only learn and go forward trying to avoid this again. I thank you for giving us a try, and would love the opportunity to regain your trust in the future. Menu is varied enough for many tastes, shared appetizers are sized well .. 2 for 3 people works .. entrees very tasty .. service was excellent ... ambience is that of a sophisticated steakhouse.. price is right and not too high .. overall a very good experience ... one we will repeat!

We really enjoyed our Valentines dinner here! The ambience was very nice and chill, we loved the low lighting. Our server Laila was very nice, as well as all of the supports that took care of us. My boyfriend and I always get meatballs at Italian restaurants and these were some of the best we've had, the sauce and whipped ricotta with it were amazing. Then the swordfish, salmon, and tiramisu which were all great as well!
