Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you are in the mood for something fabulous, the Porchetta is a massively delicious plate for 4-5 people to share.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

Open 5pm to 3am, Tuesday through Saturday. Full menu until 12am, then an ample late night menu focused on pastas and pizzas from 12am-2:15am. Bar open till 3am or sometime

Don’t be fooled by the starkness of the darkened glass exterior as the interior of the restaurant is beautiful! The vibe was really cool and the food was very good. Our sever Sarah was awesome and the entire staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend dining here.

Had a craving for unusual pizza after a book club gather at Downtown's The Writer's Block, so 10 minutes later (even despite the construction snarls around the convention center) I am seated at my usual spot at Bramàre's bar. Ordered - The Pollinator ($15 x2) has become a favorite with its smokey zesty citrus and spicy honey flavors. Anacardi ($19): The specialty pizza of choice, because of the smattering of cashews as a topping, giving a different sort of crunch to contrast with the crisp crack of the great crust. Just tomatoey, cheesy, and meaty enough to balance; I ended up eating the entire pie. Still had room for Gelato ($7): Selected the vanilla and salted caramel as the two scoops. Generous portions, definite yet subtle taste. Value: Stellar, especially the cocktail and dessert. Pizza was quality and different in a positive way. Service: Wonderful from all the staff, chef, and owner; specifically behind the bar, from Stevan and Oscar.

The food and service surpassed our expectations. Glad to find a new great spot to dine at. So far the salmon collar, fried mushroom, and broccolini were the favorites but everything was very good.

Late night post-movie noshing, being just a 10 minute drive from Downtown's The Beverly Theater, and open late. Took up my usual post at the swanky bar. Tried - The Pollinator ($15) and liked the hard-hitting spiced citrus liquid so much had a second. Funghi Fritti ($14): Five exotic florets wrapped in thin crispy batter; a marriage of elevated and rustic from the generous chili dressing drizzling the dish to the copious salty cheese gratings to the natural uneven size of the pieces. Scooped up every morsel. Spaghetti alla Chitarra ($30): Perfect al dente noodles swimming in a bright spicy sauce and topped by four large firm tail-on shrimp. Fresh and fantastic, mopped up the plate, and was very tempted to order another it was so good. Also sampled a few pieces of the Blueberry Focaccia Bites. All components -crispy outside, tender inside French toast style cubes, silky gelato, blueberry compote- just sweet enough without being cloying. Great dessert for sharing. Value: Excellent in my opinion for the twists added to the very satisfying and delicious food and drink. Atmosphere: Still elegantly cool. Service: Splendid from Bryan and Stevan.

If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would. From the exceptional service to the incredible food, the entire experience was a 10! We will definitely be back many times! The pastina soup was just like My grandma used to make! The salmon and broccolini were so delicious and the fennel and apple salad was so good! Even my decaf cappuccino was the best!

Amazing!! Service was incredible! Kristen was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The food was amazing. The cocktails were authentic and delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. Do not sleep on this place!!

Food service ambience a warm welcome when you walk in outstanding. And the fact that you can go and get a great experience until late night like Vegas was in the old days Too many restaurants nowadays are closing at 9 p.m. on Saturdays Think about it. Great job Bramare.
