The waiter serving us was very rude and most of the table was largely ignored. A few of us had to ask for our drinks 2-3 times. He started serving a few our team members their starters before making sure we all had drinks. It took one of our party standing up and saying something to the waiter about how rude it was for him to be serving in this manner before he apologized and got us all drinks. From there, we weren't asked once if our meal was good or if we needed anything more. Did not see a second drink at all or water refill because the waiter largely disappeared for the rest of the evening. The once or twice he did reappear, he only asked a few people (this was a large group) if they needed anything. One of our team members (this was a business meeting) was running about 5 minutes behind. He refused to get us anything at all until we were all there and sitting. Great food and beverage- singular because I had to fight for the one, along with a few others. I give the waiter a 2/10. I am the event planner for our company and I will never make reservations at Brio again because of the experience I had this past occasion. Disappointing because the chefs did great! Food was very good!

Servers were very pleasant! Prime rib was a little over done for my liking, but had a good flavor.

They were completely unprepared for the crowd on Mother’s Day. Understaffed and clueless group as a whole. A terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

The waitress was not the best and a little awkward. The food and ambiance were good. There were loud kids running around and horseplaying.

Great accomodating staff. We had a working lunch and there was something appropriate for each of us. Great for a hotel restaurant.

Valentine’s Day, so we expected very busy. Actually only half-full. Long wait to be seated, 25 mins wait to give drink order. (Only reason we stayed is thinking everyplace else all booked.) Another 30 mins to order dinner; waiter apologized for long waits but unable to explain reason. We had to ask two separate employees about dinner; it finally arrived. My steak was slightly overcooked but edible. My wife ordered a BLT, and it came with NO bacon. Asked busboy to see Mgr and via him she sent it back, then waiter stopped by and thought she had already finished her meal. Replaced sandwich was substandard. Mgr offered to deduct 20% off the check. Overall a very disappointing experience. We recommend skipping Braise.

Picked this place as it was the only restaurant open Christmas Day. Exceeded our expectations! Just a lovely experience, out waitress was absolutely delightful.

Good was not as delicious as Thanksgiving. Most of the was not enjoyable. Also I should not have made reservation so close to closing time.
