Braidwood Tavern is a beautiful restaurant and the food is quite good, but unfortunately service is not consistent which makes for an unsatisfactory experience.

Anything at the Four Seasons Resort in Whistler is always fabulous and the Braidwood is no different! We went yesterday for their Thursday night La Dolce Vita Patio Italian Buffet. It was so lovely! The atmosphere is beautiful, live music and food selection was amazing. So enjoyed myself

High end seafood but chef concerned about cross contamination with shellfish. Usually seafood restaurants are super aware and careful. Told me to eat off bar menu. Burgers and salads. Very disappointed the chef could not sear or grill up a nice piece of salmon in separately in clean pan.

The atmosphere outside is terrific - beautiful setting and really fun. The food, however, was overpriced for what we got. Don't get me wrong, I was expecting the prices but had assumed with those prices the food would be better than it was. The prawn tartare was delicious, but at $46, a very small portion. The seafood linguine ($36) was overcooked and the amount of seafood disappointing. In addition, the prawn and scallop was dry, and the mussels and clams cold. That was quite disappointing. But desert and the cocktails were lovely. Would I go back? Yes, but for cocktails, desert and to enjoy the atmosphere outside.

Roughly my 10th time dining here and all prior reviews have been five stars. This was the first time things have gone sideways. Seated promptly on the patio at a nice table and ambiance was nice with the water feature. Ordered drinks and food at the same time. Highly recommend the beer tasting flight. Burger, lobster roll and fritto misto. Burger is served within about 15 minutes. Overcooked, but pretty tasty nonetheless. The lobster roll and fritto misto take over an hour to be served after multiple conversations with server and manager. Apparently kitchen is rolling out a new menu, etc. Management listened and offered compensation. Wasn’t looking for any and appreciate the gesture, but the experience will be a difficult one to get over for sure. Braidwood will always hold lots of great memories and sadly it will now hold a negative one. Still recommending as I sincerely hope this was a one off experience.

Never received food order after 2 hours. Reservation was at 6:15p, sat for 2 hrs after ordering with drinks and appetizers. No communication from staff. Took someone to go talk to management in order to get some results. Just talk to your customers !!

It was a great ambience, cheese and meat offerings as well as some roasted veggies! However the pasta course lacked flavour and the high quality I’ve come to expect from a Four Seasons restaurant. It was just OK!
