   There was a large party of very noisy people right by us that made it difficult for us to converse. But the food was lovely, the staff was very accommodating. We even had an extra person show up and had to change tables. We will be back.

   We chose to try Bradford House for the ambiance and because it had a Michelin Star. We were surprised to find only a few items on the menu (approximately 5) and then be told they are sold out of 2 of the 5 (the burger and fish and chips) which left us with limited options. We were told it was because they didn’t expect so many people (it was a Saturday night and there were only 2 other tables there). I then ordered the chicken skewers and cous cous special which was my 3rd choice. It took longer than usual for the dish to come out only to find that the chicken was raw. Very disappointing. I would have sent it back but we were in a rush and didn’t have time for them to remake. In a city with a pretty competitive dining scene, I would have expected better. We will not return to the Bradford House.

   We had a really nice brunch experience! Great tasting food! A little snafu with getting our food order but it was worked out. Sam took great care of us!

   Went there for my wife’s bday. Had options of two menu items total. Could have let us know before hand that they no longer have a chief for dinning area. Disappointing.

   Hello Jimmy, I am sorry you were disappointed in your experience, I would love to discuss this further if you have time. Our website has been updated while we are transitioning to a different style of menu. Could you confirm where you are still seeing the menu? I had removed it at the start of this transition but if there is a place where it still exists, I will take it down.

   Love this place. Great food, comfortable, and relatively quiet. My personal favorite for lattes and bakery items.

   The room was great. Super retro very clean. Everyone was nice but the service at the bar and brunch was super slow. We ordered bread and butter at the bar and it took almost 15 min to get it. I think i they were short staffed at the bar so we and others sat there forever before getting served or a table. Brunch we ordered the beignets first before our brunch order hoping to get those out first. They came out when our food did. The peaches eggs was a boiled egg. Not runny at all. Won’t go back for food or drinks but would recommend the room.

   We visited the Bradford House for afternoon tea - three lovely courses. I have a pretty extreme food allergy condition and they were over the top accommodating! Service was perfect. Highly recommend this experience

    We sat in the study with classic books on the wall. Good food, plenty of light, not too formal. The black tea was slightly bitter and at first I got a non-GF course but this was quickly corrected by staff. It’s a great place and we will return.
