Bourbon's has delighted us several times! The quality and consistency of the southern / New Orleans style food never disappoints and their craft cocktails are amazing. It can get very loud inside, at times, but there are outside seating options when the weather is nice. We always book a reservation as it is always busy... The food is just that good!

Bourbon is the place to go in Brighton. Food Quality and Selection are top notch, and Service is Outstanding.

Our night with friends was wonderful. We had a very nice booth in the bar. Chelsea did a great job serving us. Toni made fabulous cocktails. We had the specials for our dinners; the halibut with beurre blanc we delicious, as was the lobster ziti. Well done Bourbon’s Team!

Our party thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Bourbons. Our server Chelsea was fantastic. Always checking on our needs and immediate response to any of our requests. Will ask for her again at our next visit.

First time we've been here. All 4 of us enjoyed everything we ordered, including the cocktails. Caleb our server was attentive without being intrusive. We'll definitely be back.

A friend and I went for the first time and had a drink and dinner. Paul M was our server. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing and will be recommending to anyone in area. And the service was superb! He gave us great recommendations and explained the dish well. Definitely hope to be able to go back again. Unfortunately I don't live in the area.

The brunch is incredible - start with beignets, bacon and bourbon and you can't go wrong from there. Biscuits and gravy were perfect.

We had a great time at Bourbons. Drinks and food were perfect. It is always just a bit loud in there due to the ceilings.

Bourbon's is 45 minutes from home, and a restaurant needs to be great to warrant that drive. Bourbon's is worthy. We discovered it by chance 2-3 years ago and have been returning since. I highly recommend making a reservation on Open Table because they're always busy. The decor is fun and somehow makes this rather large space feel almost intimate and homey--that is, except for the noise level, which is just below that of a rock concert. I prefer their outdoor seating during months when the weather cooperates. Service has consistently been outstanding regardless of where you're seated or how busy they are. On our first visit the waitress suggested their fried chicken. That was the last thing I would have ordered, because why pay for something we make at home? I'm glad I listened, because their fried chicken is quite possibly the best I've ever had. Each bite is juicy on the inside and has a perfect crunch on the outside. Better yet, it's good for leftovers the next day I prefer their regular mashed potatoes over the mashed sweet potatoes because, in my opinion, the latter is too sweet. I find their collard greens are just too darned spicy (you can see red pepper flakes and there are whole and large pieces of garlic throughout), so I'll try a different side next time. My husband's brisket pizza was nothing special and very greasy, so I can't recommend that. My daughter said the French dip is one of the best things she's had there. Her friend found the Nashville hot chicken sandwich too hot and wished he'd ordered regular chicken. On this visit we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. The complimentary slice of banana cake was large enough to split at least 3 ways. The cake itself was moist and warm--yum. We left the frosting behind. Their cocktails are great. Overall, Bourbon's is worthy of a visit or two or three . . .
