Proposant une cuisine américaine contemporaine et privilégiant les ingrédients de saison, le BOURBON STEAK sert du bœuf naturel bio élevé sans hormones ainsi que les fruits de mer les plus frais au monde. Toutes les viandes exceptionnellement tendres du BOURBON STEAK sont pochées avant d'être grillées : les viandes rouges dans du beurre, l'agneau à l'huile d'olive et le porc à la graisse de bacon. En réponse à l'importance donnée aux repas d'affaires en journée dans la capitale, le BOURBON STEAK est l'un des premiers restaurants de Michael Mina à servir le dîner. En plat principal, vous pourrez notamment déguster de nouvelles salades avec du pain fait maison tout juste sorti du four. Chaque pain a été spécifiquement créé pour compléter la salade qu'il accompagne. Join us on Thanksgiving for our 3 courses pre fixe menu at Washington D.C.'s acclaimed American Steakhouse, famous for its signature butter-poached steaks and duck fat fries, BOURBON STEAK is in a class alone. The work of James Beard award-winning chef and renowned restaurateur Michael Mina, this ritzy restaurant, nestled in D.C.'s historic Four Seasons Hotel, sets a striking mood for rich cuisine and craft cocktails. We will be featuring some Thanksgiving Day Classics as well as our own version of some traditional dishes. Our 3 course prix fixe will be $190 and aims to please all audiences.

We celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary here, from the time we arrived our experience was amazing. We were seated immediately upon arriving, when we got to our table there was a ‘Happy Anniversary’ card on the table. Our server greeted us and was very attentive the entire service. Our drinks, appetizers, meal and dessert were perfection. We will definitely dine here again. Thank you for making our anniversary special.

Everything was absolutely delicious. We tried appetizers and sides and various cuts of meat, and everything was incredible. The service was attentive and accommodating. Great experience.

The serivce was excleent - both at the bar/lounge (Leah?) and the restaurant. If I wish to have a sprecial evening Four Seasons Bourbon Steak is my solid recommendation

Our experience was subpar. We had a 7:15 reservation and placed our order for a table of 6 maybe 15-20 min after seating. Food was slow in coming, but the most egregious was the main course. We waited over 45 minutes between our appetizers and main course to receive our mains. No one in the restaurant even bothered to come to the table or around the table to check on us or report what was taking so long. Even our server avoided us the entire time! There was no one to call to check on our meal. Once the server finally made an appearance, he told us they were plating the food, but it took another 10-15 minutes before the food came out. By the time we were served at 9:00 pm, the restaurant had pretty much cleared out. We didn’t even have time for dessert as it was after 10 on a Monday eve when our server made it back to our table with dessert menus. While our sides were comped as a result of the poor service, this gesture was entirely too little too late. This is why we will not be returning or recommending Bourbon Steak in the future.

Overall it was a nice experience. The temperature of the restaurant was extremely cold even with a jacket on, my husband felt the same way in a suit coat. The complimentary fries were cold but I was not going to complain since they were as noted, complimentary. The server never offered us a dessert menu or coffee at the end of the meal, especially since they knew it was our anniversary. The tuna tartare was very good, as was my husband's steak. Endive salad was bland and couldn't find the spiced pecans it was supposed to come with. The two complimentary glasses of champagne to start our dinner was appreciated.
