We had an excellent server, Olivia. She was professional, has a great personality and was one of the best servers we ever had. We have dined at Bourbon Prime many times. This is the first time we were disappointed with the Chefs/kitchen. The dish my husband had(carbonara)had tasteful pasta, but the chicken was extraordinarily spicy and he could not eat it. My burger was tough and overdone. I requested some “pink” and it was well done. We know sometimes dishes aren’t what we anticipate and kitchens are very busy. Although we are disappointed in our meal, we will return to Bourbon Prime and we know it will be delicious like we’ve experienced in the past. Olivia was exceptional and we like the atmosphere. We dine out a lot and we are not the type of diners that complain. We respect chefs and appreciate how hard they work to select the best products and be innovative. Thank you.

Place is in the Marriott but the service was fantastic for a group of visitors to a football weekend. Olivia gets five stars as a waitress.

Overall it was a nice ambience. The food was good but room temperature. I called ahead to arrange an anniversary dessert for my parents and they forgot to do that. Overall, seems good but a little unreliable when it comes to the service.

Food doesn’t justify the prices. Server was very friendly but not sure how you justified food cost . I’m 1000% sure I’ll never be back. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to eating here.

Don't waste your time or money unless you want bugs flying around your overpriced, poorly cooked food. I believe the server tried their best, so that's something. In my opinion, it's always risky dining at a hotel restaurant, so at the end of the day, it's on me.

Very disappointing for what dinner cost. All the steaks we got we overcooked and the appetizers let something to be desired. The salmon was excellent though. The server left empty drink glasses on the table when he brought our new drinks and they stayed there for the entirety of the meal.

Food - shared flaming Havarti not to be missed, steak frites (succulent fingerling potatoes instead of fries)for me and filet mignon for my wife, and melt-in-the-mouth desserts, was superb. Meat served at requested temperature and perfectly cooked veggies. Waiter Spencer was great. Despite clearly being very busy, he took the time to answer questions and made helpful suggestions about choices. A not to be missed experience if you're in Morgantown.
