Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From the chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways. Our inventive approach ensures an outstanding dining experience. With options like grilled octopus, Wagyu beef on a hot rock, lobster mac & cheese, and house-made decadent desserts. We stay true to our philosophy of serving enticing dishes and providing phenomenal service from start to finish.

    Took the wife for her birthday, and this place blew our expectations out the water. Start off the waiting staff was the best I’ve seen. Knowledgeable about the menu and helpful on the recommendations for food and drinks. Constantly checking in to make sure everything was meeting our satisfaction. The kitchen did they thing in there because our food was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thank Bourbon & Bones for a great night.

    Came here to celebrate our anniversary. Food was delicious and our server Sarah had great recommendations and went into details with drinks and food.

    Birthday dinner, had my mind set on the Lamb Chops…. Did not disappoint! Service was over the top and staff so friendly.

    We had an awesome celebrating celebrating a birthday. Our server Mel went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. The rest of the wait staff was also very attentive and polite. Food was great as always, with our steaks being cooked to perfection. By far our best experience here and we will be returning for our next celebration.

    what an amazing experience. The people who put this on were top notch and very educated on the stories behind the wine maker and his wines.

    Perfect place to have dinner. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. Food was excellent. Highly recommend for a casual meal or special occasion.

    Food and drinks were great as expected. We had a reservation for two, sat at a high top right behind the bar with the smallest table ever. Could barely fit what we ordered on the table. Would have expected more from a res made weeks in advance
