So we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to place us in the back by the exit door in a half booth, half table setup. It then took an extra 5 minutes or so for anybody to come to our table and even offer us water or a menu. It was very busy and extremely loud. I’m sure this was the reason for the slow service. The food was okay. We each ordered an expensive steak, and while good, it wasn’t the best we’ve had. I was hoping for a $70 steak, it would melt like butter, like many of the other steaks we’ve had at other steak houses we like to frequent on our anniversary each year. We were able to choose our steak knife from an encased set though. That was fun. \n\nWe are foodies, so we also ordered an app and a salad and several sides to try as well. Those were all pretty good and standard for a steak house. The dessert (bourbon butter cake) was really good and was on the house for our anniversary. That was nice!\n\nI guess, if you want an expensive steak and drinks with friends, or a fun place to celebrate (bday, graduation etc) this is a a good place to do that. I wouldn’t come here for an anniversary celebration though with your partner!
