Can’t say anything bad about this place except for it is loud. Food, service, and drinks are top notch and my wife and I enjoyed everything about it. It is loud though. Be prepared to talk louder than normal and ask the servers to repeat things.

Pricey but excellent! The place was packed for happy hour. The staff was very attentive and upbeat. Scottsdale prices in Peoria. Will go back!

Bourbon and Bones is the best steak house we have been to in Arizona. I would highly recommend this place if you want to have an excellent experience all around. The ambiance was great. We started out with the Bleu Cheese Stuffed Dates, they were amazing. My wife had the rack of lamb, it was a little over cooked but I blame her for ordering it cooked medium. I had the bone in ribeye. The steak was cooked perfect and I could tell it was a high quality cut. I smoke steaks at home three to four days a week and it's really hard to impress me with a steak. The steak was really good. The bourbon/whiskey selection is incredible. I think they have every whiskey ever made. I tried the Widow Jane Decadence (not on menu) I really liked it. Anyway, I suck at writing reviews but both my wife and I were super impressed with this place and we will be back soon.

It was FABULOUS! The best steak ever and we’re travelers. It cut like butter. The truffle mashed potatoes 👌🏻 and don’t get me started on those Brussels Sprouts!!!!! The ceviche to start was loaded with the freshest shrimp, avocado, tomatoes and lime and plantains were such a nice touch. If I had to say anything and it would take a minute to come up with something, maybe a few more plantains for the huge bowl of ceviche, but that’s minor. Decor is top notch. The smoke fireplace was so different and pretty. Seating comfy and lush. The drinks….hubby’s bourbon and my Purple Reign cocktail was magnificent. Our waiter, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name was kind, informing, never intrusive but there when we needed him a great gentlemen. Took me a while to get there but, now try to keep me away. Superb!

Excellent food, excellent service, everything I would hope for in that expensive of a meal. Not an every week thing, but a perfect special occasion. An absolute treat. Not sure they could do it better.

Sat at the bar. Second visit - a year apart. (Out of state). Forgot there is “bar bacon.” Every bar should have thick cut bacon served in a a mason jar. Started with a purple French 75 - it was a different gin and I don’t remember the name. Wedge salad was perfect. I had the short ribs. Best I have ever had. Ever. Two bones, with at least a two inch cap of beef. Delicious. Jessica and Sean were amazing bartenders and servers. If we lived here, we would be regulars!
