We had 2 couples dining together. We all went with the tasting menu with wine pairings. All the options were from local farms and were excellent. We had a cross section of about everything on the menu and everything was wonderful. Noteworthy dishes were the candied beet salad, scallop pasta, tandoori salmon, duck breast, and the chicken breast . Desserts were great and also served with a paired desert wine pairing. It is a great value at $65 for the 4 courses and $40 for the wine pairings. We would highly recommend Bouquet for a special evening!

We really wanted to like Bouquet, but both of our meals were over-salted. My wife's dish was one of the saltiest bites I've had in years, and mine wasn't quite as strong but still actually gave me the hiccups. Great service, good flavors, and I enjoyed all the well-cooked vegetables, but the NaCl was a bit much. I'd go again but my wife wouldn't.

Our server Ella was outstanding and so was the food BUT what ruined it for us was the noise. We were seated upstairs and 2 tables were seated after us and it was so loud you could hardly can have a conversation anymore.

Each of the 3 of us got the tasting menu. The portions were larger than I would have expected for a tasting menu. We all got boxes for a portion of our third course, so we would have room for dessert, which we finished. Everything was delicious.

Great, outstanding food and service!! Grace, our server, even suggested that i might want to order my desired entre(duck) with the accompaniments that came with the steak entre. I did, and it was wonderful! Cocktails were terrific as well. Ordered the special Manhattan which was terrfic. I asked for the ingredients and Grace got them for us. After tonight, Bouquet is now my favorite restaurant.

What a gem! I hesitate to say how wonderful this restaurant is in case it’s booked out next time I want to go. The food was delicious, the service attentive but not intrusive. I’ll be back and will happily bring all my friends here.

Oversalted -- should have heeded earlier reviews. The food was oversalted, so nothing more really needs to be said. Would not go back, would no recommend.

Our waitress was amazing. Always kept our water filled, checked on us numerous times making sure everything was fine. Food was great. Our drinks were amazing. I got the Painkiller & my mom got the pomegranate Margarita. I got the vegan chef's choice & it was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was paying an extra $20 for 3 pieces of tofu. I would have just got extra vegetables instead. The banana cake dessert was good but the cake was a little dry. But overall I would recommend this restaurant and I would definitely go back.
