Pleasantly surprised for a new neighborhood restaurant. We had the prime rib with Caesar salad and it did not disappoint.

It was a great atmosphere and everyone was polite. I also enjoyed the different items on the menu.

This location only open for two weeks now. Need to work out some kinks to get it up to speed of thier other locations. Brought my appetize salad out with my meal. Server disappeared for long periods of time. Prime rib was not 10 oz and not seasoned consistantly. Daughters beans & rice not edible which they did take off the bill. The restaurant itself is cool/trendy and location is good. Music level was a little too loud for conversation. I feel like they will improve over time.

My wife and I had eaten at the Boulevard in Metairie and were very pleased with it. When looking for a restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, I noticed that Boulevard had opened a location in the Warehouse District, so I booked that location. We live in Uptown and could take the Streetcar there and back. Choosing that location proved to be a HUGE mistake! Our service was not good, as if we were forgotten. Our waitress seemed to be new, which may have been part of the issue with the service. She was polite but I had a couple of questions concerning the menu and she was going to check on them, but never returned with any answers. We ordered a salad, but never got it. The potatoes my wife chose from the fall menu were dry. My prime rib came out medium well when I had ordered medium rare. I sent it back and was provided one cooked closer to medium rare, but it was tough, hard to cut and very chewy. The hostess was clearing an adjacent table and reminded us to not forget our free dessert for my wife’s birthday. I responded that we were going to pass on it. Overall a terrible experience and we would not recommend this location.

Restaurant was not busy but overly loud. Cocktails were slow. Temperature of food was mediocre needed to be hotter. They need coasters or cocktail napkins since they have no table cloths. Service was great! Not likely to return Houston’s is a better scene for the same money.

The service was exceptional and everyone was just so friendly. My husband and I was celebrating our anniversary and had a wonderful time and dinner was amazing. Thanks to a great staff !!!!
