Been to Bottiglia many times and they never disappoint. The ambience is great, the food and drinks are delicious.

Our server was not stellar; she did not write a thing down, and kept returning to ask what we ordered. If one has a great memory,I do not mind if no notes are taken; however, if one forgets, simply write the order down, please. She was pleasant, but this was disturbing. Then, one martini took 30 minutes to arrive, and she blamed everything feom the bartender making it wrong the first time to, "The drink is ready, but we have not one clean glass and I am waiting for them to wash more." I kid you not. We had no bread service, though we reminded her twice, after she asked if we wanted it twice. We had to pull a busboy over and request it. The great news? The manager came over to comp the martini and ended up comping the entire meal. We did not even ask for anything at all to be removed, and just requested she write orders down for better efficiency. Very classy of the establishment. We tipped the server $25 even though we had no bill, since we felt bad about that. We WILL return. That was so kind.

Lobster ravioli was not good. From the texture to the flavor it was just off. Baked gnocchi always hits the mark as does the fresh bread. Dinner for 2 was $200 after tip.

Service was amazing but the dishes where subpar for the hype. Caesar salad.. bland.. beet salad .. really sweet.. vodka penne.. decent.. truffle mushroom taggloteli.. over powering and needed salt.. beef short rib.. excellent.. polenta.. horrible.. sauce decent.

Beautiful place, nice staff, terrible food. Very surprised at how little flavor any of the food had. It was a sentiment shared by all 3 members in our party. Caesar salad worst I've had in a long time. The breading on the chicken parm was mediocre and the chicken itself was tough. We had all been to Carabbas about six month prior. We certainly didn't love it, but agreed it was far better than this place - for half the price.

Charming restaurant inside the Green Valley Ranch casino. Seating and decor set us a relaxing ambiance. The food is traditional, even classic, but well executed. The service was impeccable. The 5 of us had a great time
