The excitement and anticipation that comes with growing vegetables, and creating innovative plates is translated to our guests through our menu.

The plant to plate narrative is at the centre of what we do; our chefs show our local organic farmers a nod of respect towards the passion and patience required to grow a plant, in each dish they create. The seasons dictate our menu, with passion, flavour and creativity at the heart of the operation.

This passion flows through our love of organic, and low intervention wines from small producers, carefully selected and paired with our food.

Our very own indoor vertical farm is our most recent dedication to sustainable practices, allowing us to grow our own bespoke exotic herbs and aromatics for our hyper-seasonal food and cocktail menus, with zero food miles and incomparable flavour.

Not being a vegan I found this food extremely tasty and very well presented also being particularly fond of the desert side of most menus. I was super impressed that they give you two desserts on the four meal tasting menu. By far the desserts with the start of the show and the staff are super friendly and very informative about The concept with bringing a double desert

The girls serving were lovely, and very helpful. Sadly the food did not live up to their standard. The mooli was so hard it was inedible.

Absolutely delicious plant based food. The star of the show was the roasted Celeriac. Service was excellent as well. We will be back!

First of all, food was lovely. Tasty and well presented and the staff were very knowledgeable about the dishes. Portion sizes were a bit small. Expected on the small plates, but the "main" (we ordered the risotto), wasn't much bigger than a small plate. Choice was limited too, especially when advised that if choosing small plates, you should expect to buy 2 or 3 per person and there was only a choice of 4. At roughly £12 per small plate this would quickly add up. Nice selection of wines and soft drinks. Pudding was nice (we chose the chocolate and beetroot) but rock sold and needed a knife just to try and break into it. Service was a little slow (had finished my coffee by the time my pudding arrived)

The welcome was excellent (including complimentary mineral water). The food options were well explained with a willingness to consider changes to our preference. The food is not cheap, but considered reasonable fas it's specialist (vegan).

Had a gorgeous birthday meal at Botanique. The food was exquisite and varied, we tried everything! Also the service was really attentive. Would highly recommend

the food was fantastic, good portions (we were 2 and had 1brunch plate and 1 small plate each) we were quite full. The bill was reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food.
