The excitement and anticipation that comes with growing vegetables, and creating innovative plates is translated to our guests through our menu.

The plant to plate narrative is at the centre of what we do; our chefs show our local organic farmers a nod of respect towards the passion and patience required to grow a plant, in each dish they create. The seasons dictate our menu, with passion, flavour and creativity at the heart of the operation.

This passion flows through our love of organic, and low intervention wines from small producers, carefully selected and paired with our food.

Our very own indoor vertical farm is our most recent dedication to sustainable practices, allowing us to grow our own bespoke exotic herbs and aromatics for our hyper-seasonal food and cocktail menus, with zero food miles and incomparable flavour.

We love the fact that Botanique is a fully vegan restaurant, it's just nice to go to a place where we can eat everything on the menu and if we had a big enough appetite we would have. The food is outstanding, fresh and made with so much love and care. The heritage tomatoes are a must, they just pop with so much flavour and the vinaigrette that accompanies it is delicious. They also do a cracking Espresso Martini. Will definitely be a spot of ours when we are in Brighton

It's a Great looking place. The staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! Celeriac steak was an absolute standout!

The gentleman who served us was so lovely, and was so accommodating for us and our doggie friend... I personally loved all the food although my partner found some of it to be a little salty and rich, I didn't notice that myself though. However I wasn't expected to be full after once slice of Welsh rarebit sourdough toast but I sure was! Delicious and so nice to try something new.

Excellent food, some dishes way beyond excellent. Friendly and attentive staff. Love the decor and culinary style of the restaurant. One criticism - front door left open let too much traffic noise in. Not a big problem, but a slight negative.

Amazing food - really varied menu. Hand cooked chips great - focaccia delicious. Lovely ambience at 6pm on a rainy Hove evening. Will come again.

Not every single dish was outstanding, but at least two-thirds of them were and the other couple were still very nice. And when I say outstanding, I really mean outstanding!!
