Bostom Speakeasy es el primer speakeasy en Guanajuato, inspirado en la clandestinidad de la época de la prohibición de los años 20. Surgió de la curiosidad y la necesidad de crear un bar de cócteles con una atmósfera única en la ciudad. Ubicado en una casona que solía ser el hogar del intendente Riaño, guarda los secretos de las conspiraciones de la Independencia de México en sus paredes.
Nuestros cócteles, inspirados en los clásicos, llevan el toque personal de nuestro experimentado bartender, quien cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en México y España. Descubrimos los sabores de nuestra tierra y nos esforzamos por lograr el equilibrio perfecto en cada combinación. En cada temporada, presentamos una nueva inspiración que se refleja en sabores y texturas distintas.

Buena experiencia , nos gustó mucho la carta de coctelería , no es restaurante pero tienen una carta con muy buenas propuestas.

Clearly one of the best bars I've ever been to, Bostom stands out with its exceptional menu that takes you on a delightful journey through various flavor profiles. Each drink on the menu is thoughtfully crafted, and the pairings are just spectacular, enhancing the overall experience. The ambiance is perfect, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. However, the true highlight is the outstanding service. The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft, ensuring that every visit is memorable. This bar is undoubtedly one of the best in this part of the country and comes highly recommended.

Boston is a fantastic speakeasy with a great vibe and incredible cocktails. The ambiance is just perfect for a night out. Our server, Josue, was truly amazing and super knowledgeable. I chatted with hem about the kinds of drinks and flavor profiles I usually like, and she recommended a couple of incredible cocktails that hit the mark. I'll definitely be back for more!

Cuando llegas al lugar te das cuenta que vale la pena tener estos tesoros escondidos. Te recibe una pequeña galería de arte y entras a través de un cuadro de la Mona Lisa, bienvenida por una chica con vestido de época te va envolviendo en atmósfera de la prohibición. El mejor gin tonic probando un Haymans con la temperatura ideal y cristalería que merecía, para acompañar una tabla de ibéricos que hicieron el mejor picoteo, seguimos con un m&m la combinación de Montenegro y Mezcal que nos sorprendió. Sin duda tendré que regresar a probar otro gin de su colección

Excelente descubrimiento, luces tenues , banda de jazz , niebla , te transportan a la épica de la prohibición, comenzamos la noche con cócteles recomendación del mesero , la banda comenzó a tocar y el tiempo se detuvo , un concepto y experiencia que no había vivido , cabe señalar que el servicio es más de bar aunque tienen una carta de comida y aperitivos. Una noche especial sin duda regresaremos.

Meanwhile, our server provided an exceptional experience for my husband, offering him a tour of some extraordinary mezcals. This personalized touch made our visit even more memorable. From the impeccable service to the incredible drinks and lively music, Bostom delivered one of the best experiences we've had in Guanajuato. It's a gem of a place that combines great cocktails, a vibrant atmosphere, and top-notch hospitality, making it an essential stop for anyone visiting the city.
