Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

Excellent comfort food. There were 6 of us and we all had something different. Everything was well cooked and flavorful. Great bartender. But the best part was the service. Everyone who works there is kind and caring and genuinely wants you to have a great meal and a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Our waitress forgot to submit one of our orders. Therefore, we waited for over 15 minutes to start our dinner because we didn’t wanna start without him.

Great place to dine. Came here for happy hour and they had a good selection of drinks & small plates. The shareable appetizers were also really delicious. We ordered the mushroom fries & the sauce it came with was SO ADDICTING! Received really good service here on a Tuesday night. Our server, Megan, was very attentive and friendly.

Excellent service and good food. Disappointed that the housemade pickles are off the menu and the preparation of the pig candy changed but otherwise we had a great meal, great drinks in a great location.

Food is great. But, the music noise level is deafening. We asked for the music to be turned down and were told that the music is set at a certain level and cannot be changed. If you want to have a conversation with others, this is not the place to do it. But, you can listen to the conversations of those at nearby tables, because they are talking so loudly to be heard over the music. Don’t go here if you expect to be able to converse normally.

Thank you to our server Amanda Z who made us feel so special for our 40 year anniversary. Great service! We enjoyed our cocktails and the shaved pork chop sandwich and bosscat burger was amazing as always. We tried the bacon jam and burrata appetizer but the jam was a little too sweet and not bacon forward. The waffle and ice cream dessert was delicious and the anniversary card was a kind and thoughtful! We will be back!

We dined last night and ordered the Sugar Barrel steak, chicken and sausage pasta and the Carolina Salmon bbq. Everything we had was delicious! We also ordered the seasonal “The Devil Would” cocktail with smoke effect and it was spectacular. Justine was our server and she made sure we were all well taken care of and have an awesome dining experience 😊
