Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

Bosscat has made a lifelong fan out of myself and my family. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and I loved the atmosphere. But, beyond that, the evening manager on 2/13 (sorry don't know her name) was amazing. My niece was upset about some college admission news and decided not to stay for dinner. The manager heard what happened and brought over a note and a gift card for my niece because my niece's story "broke her heart a little". The gesture was totally unnecessary but sooo thoughtful. And the gift card amount was impressive too. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, and this was more than good; it was exceptional.

First time at Boss Cat, will not be our last. Checking out the website, photos of the location and food as well as the menu, sold us on giving Boss Cat a try . . . We were not disappointed with our decision. From the ambiance, drinks and food as well as outstanding service from our server and the entire staff. We will definitely be going back again. I highly recommend you give Boss Cat a try if you haven’t been!

Drinks were so so good!!! Food was yummy except for my friends steak - let’s just say they need to take it off the menu. But when I tell you, our waiter - David - was beyond exceptional! Girls night out and he understood the assignment.

The food is always very good. Our waiter (Brandon)never smiled at us and disappeared for long periods of time. He didn’t have too many tables. It was noticeable because usually the service there is very good.

Our waitress was sooo sweet! Music was a little loud. Hard to talk to friends over it. Other than that, all was good!

I had higher expectations I guess. It was okay. But not my favorite. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back. Our server was amazing, the food just left me underwhelmed. My daughter didn’t love her burger so I switched with her and she took my salmon. Drinks are great though. I had an Old Fashioned which was great.
