Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

I loved the warmth and richness of the aesthetic. I was seated very quickly upon arrival, and the staff was very accommodating to me while I waited for my friend to arrive. So I was surprised that there was such a long wait to receive our food after placing our order. The server told us 3x, it would be just 5 more minutes, which was odd, because the place didn't appear to be that busy. Overall, we liked the food. My eggs were perfectly scrambled, and the pancakes were really flavorful. However, they were cold & so was the bacon. Also we didn't get any butter for either meal, nor were we offered any other condiments. When I asked for melted butter, I was told they didn't serve melted butter. When I explained that cold butter wouldn't spread too nicely over the cold pancakes, the server did offer to take the plate back and have everything re-cooked, but I declined. He came back shortly afterwards to tell me that they were heating up some butter for me. He did eventually bring over a partially melted dollop of butter. I'm not sure if our server was new or just having an off day, but he seemed distracted and he was not very attentive. We had to remind him several times about things we'd previously asked for (salt and pepper, a small cup of orange juice, etc). He also hardly ever checked in on us to see how well we liked our meal, or if we needed anything. Sadly, his (lack of) service greatly diminished our experience, so I most likely will not go back, nor will I recommend it highly to anyone I know. Signed, Wasn't Treated Like a Boss

We dined for Sunday breakfast and noticed most tables were tiny and were told we couldn’t add another to make ours have more room even though no one sat next to us. It would be okay for families with small children, not for all adults over 5’8”. There was little elbow room and minimal table space for multiple dishes. Drinks were fantastic, and definitely their strong point. If you order breakfast, skip the eggs unless fried because they resembled and tasted like powdered eggs. The place had a fun vibe and decorated uniquely. I appreciated the clear labeling of gluten free options!

The food is out of the world delicious. The staff is beyond great. The restaurant is very speak-easy like and a perfect setting for dinner. The music was loud for our taste but it was not bothersome. It’s a must try and repeat!

Great vibes, wonderful service. We went to celebrate our anniversary, and they had a Happy Anniversary sign at our table. Our server, the hosts, bartenders, all were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. The drinks were delicious! We had a great evening. Thank you!

This is a restaurant that shouldn't go unnoticed. There's literally nothing to dislike about it. From the wait staff to the food everything was nothing short of amazing! Try this place, you'll thank me later. It simply doesn't disappoint.

Short Rib dinner was great. However, first piece had a piece of thin “wire” in it! They brought another dinner out. Apple fried pie was yummy:) Pork chop sandwich was not as good as it sounds. I would not order the Fried corn fritters again. Pickled veggies were good. Will definitely try again.

Enjoyed having access to the Restaurant Week menu so we could try more things. Food was delicious, wine list a bit limited but good and the music added a nice touch. A bit noisy but we had a good table that was good.
