Le Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine est une entreprise familiale, créée en 2005, proposant une variété de plats turques authentiques inspirés de nombreuses régions de la Turquie. Le Bosphorous tire son nom de l'une des plus anciennes villes du monde, Istanbul, autrefois connu sous le nom de Constantinople, au début du XIIIe siècle. Le nom "Bosphorous" vient du détroit se trouvant dans le centre de la ville, reliant la mer Noire et la mer de Marmara, de l'Europe à l'Asie. Alejandro was our server for a second time. I had requested his section, because last time he was our server, we had a fantastic time! The food was delicious, as always, and Alejandro was sure to check in on us to make sure we had enough drinks of if we needed anything.

We seize every opportunity to dine at Bosphorous in Winter Park, and enjoy our staples - the lavash bread, select two appetizer (w/hummus and ezme), beef shish kebab, and vegetable sautee. They are currently offering 3-course meals as part of the annual Magical Dining, and we were surprised to find most of our favorites on the special menu. The food is reason enough to visit Bosphorous, and the impeccable service is the icing on top. If you are on the fence, book a table. If it has been a while, book a table. This place is so, so good!

We made reservations and the table was ready 10 minutes prior to arrival. The service was excellent and quick. Our server was wonderful in helping with suggestions since most of the party had not eaten here before. The food was excellent and beyond expectations. Thanks to Magical Dining I will be a returning customer!

My husband and I went with another couple since this place was highly recommended. We weren't sure we would like it, yet all four of us were very satisfied. Two people had beef kebabs, I had the lamb shank, and one person had stuffed cabbage. All portions were plentiful and delicious. We will be the ones recommending Bosphorus in the future.

What a fabulous first time dining experience! It was truly magical!! I had always been thrown off by “Turkish cuisine” really not knowing what spices, ingredients or flavor to expect. Being from MA, I loved Lebanese food and this was the same but better quality than I’ve experienced. The Magical Dining menu included Lamb Shank which is a favorite of mine. Victor, our waiter was funny and attentive but not overly so. A very well run restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!

This was our first time to visit and we were truly impressed. The food was wonderful, the portions were large and the service was excellent. We were there because of the magical dining experience but will definitely return and recommend.
