Le Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine est une entreprise familiale, créée en 2005, proposant une variété de plats turques authentiques inspirés de nombreuses régions de la Turquie. Le Bosphorous tire son nom de l'une des plus anciennes villes du monde, Istanbul, autrefois connu sous le nom de Constantinople, au début du XIIIe siècle. Le nom "Bosphorous" vient du détroit se trouvant dans le centre de la ville, reliant la mer Noire et la mer de Marmara, de l'Europe à l'Asie. Le décor de ce restaurant est maintenu au minimum pour centrer l'attention sur la nourriture. Lamb tasted like cow. The pieces of meat were chewy, not tender. Haydari & Babagan. were average. Weekends on Park Ave are crazy busy. Restaurant is always noisy unless 80 percent empty. Staff is helpful.

Bosphorus always is on point. Food, as usual was delicious, expertly prepared every time. We had superb service, even though it was incredibly busy. We love Bosphorus!

We came here to celebrate a birthday and had a fabulous experience. The staff, from the host to the server to the assistant servers, were friendly and professional, there when needed but not interrupting. The food was outstanding; there are menu items that everyone is familiar with (beef tenderloin kebab, baklava, and so on) but be adventurous and try some of the less common items. The atmosphere is excellent, it can get a bit crowded, but then it's a pleasant buzz. We've been going here for years and will continue to do so and we highly recommend it.

It had been a while since my husband and I had visited Bosphorus, so we decided to go for our wedding anniversary. The food and service were both amazing. Our server was helpful in assisting us with choosing dishes and a bottle of wine to accompany them and the wine was some of the best I have had in ages. The Magical Dining menu also made for such a great value. There was even a little hand written card from the staff wishing us a happy anniversary on our table when we arrived. Lovely touches!
