We had a great dining experience in bosk. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Some minor nitpicks. My wife’s pasta was not cooled aldente so it was a little hard and my meal pasta was a little salty. Overall, it was a an excellent experience

Perfect vibe! Loved the DJ on the patio, and the piano indoors. Modern, abstract aesthetic on the inside, and dainty pink aesthetic on the outside. Food was very good, and service was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Our group had a fun time!

We were looking forward to the brunch at the Museum but it was a total disappointment and a shocker for a hotel like Shangri-la. Firstly, no service was rendered (despite being in hospitality and an auto gratuity charged upon booking). We were not asked for water nor coffee after the first offering of sparkling or mocktail. Setting looks as if it was a makeshift venue, tablecloths were obviously too long for the tables. No proper clamps or clips were used to tuck in the tablecloths nicely and safely. Food crumbs from the previous seatings were still left on the ground from the start of our brunch. Live music stopped (musicians went on break) for a good 20 to 30 minutes but no effort to put any music on the speaker. A supervisor was seen checking on a few tables, but he didn't get to us for me to raise any concerns. It was only until I took an expired jam from the buffet counter. Food selection was not appetizing, it was more of a breakfast buffet than a "lavish brunch buffet where culinary delights await amidst an ambiance of elegance and charm"

We have eaten here many times over the years and have enjoyed the food. It has never been an inexpensive restaurant but I wouldn't expect it to be given its location in the Shangri-La. Since the restaurant re-opened the quality has fallen and the prices have escalated such that I would no longer recommend it to anyone.

An absolutely lovely, if somewhat quiet and undiscovered dining room. The dinner including the oysters and the main course were outstanding. Great service. Professional and personal. I would highly recommend.

The food was tasty and the service excellent. We ordered from pre theatre menu. My husband ordered salad and main; I ordered main and dessert. Because neither of us would be able to eat three courses, we thought to share salad and dessert. My main course came at the same time as his salad; his main course came at the same time as my dessert. That was awkward and not what we expected. Otherwise it was an excellent meal.
