The American steakhouse is an iconic restaurant institution. We’d wanted to tell that story for years, but waited until we had the skill, talent and ability to execute it properly, and the right space to be our canvas, an important corner in Little Italy, a neighborhood where we have deep roots. We brought an almost academic appreciation for steakhouse history and tradition to Born & Raised, while trying to stay relevant and authentic to ourselves and our city. Our dry-aged beef pays tribute to earlier, earthier, pre-government grading practices and is the centerpiece of a meal best savored at a slow pace. A timeless celebration of everything that makes restaurants so special. - Consortium Holdings. A 4% surcharge is added to all guest checks.

D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Le lieu est tout aussi excitant que les steaks dans cet établissement de Little Italy. Le restaurant Born & Raised détourne le genre du steakhouse à l'ancienne en affichant des photos de légendes du rap dans sa salle à manger entièrement dorée et ultra-glamour. On y trouve les fameuses grillades, ainsi que des chariots qui préparent des cocktails vintage à table. Le résultat est un steakhouse qui en fait trop, idéal pour les plus grands flambeurs.

Great food and Service. Can’t beat the steaks. Plan for a slow, long evening. A bit of a wait for our reservation with a slow bar for its size.

Service was so slow. Everyone was very nice, but it was incredibly slow. All of the add ons were amazing; however, the steaks, (t-bone and rib eye), were just okay.

The food was great however the service did not exceed expectations… Also, at the end, our server decided to charge us taxes double times… So be careful before leaving and make sure you consider your check and go through it before you and after you hand them your card…

The food was great. A little overpriced. We waited for twenty minutes when we had a reservation. When we tried to leave they said that they had a table for us. After that service was good. The food was amazing. Very loud and very dark inside. I enjoyed it but I don’t think I would go back.

Great place with exceptional service and atmosphere. High quality food but limited selection with a top notch bar and amazing oversized staff. Top tier pricing which is expected at this top tier venue.

such a great place to dine for all occasions. Such a beautiful place and the vibe is perfect. Drinks were amazing & the food was 1000/10. Staff so sweet, Def recommend!

Kitchen obviously had its struggles tonight, apart from the steak on the hot plate, every other dish came out cold. Pasta and snail starters, cold. Whipped potatoes, mushrooms and Mac cheese all cold. Tough to get it this wrong at a steakhouse

Service was outstanding! Matt was excellent! Personal card for a birthday celebration with a treat at the end. The charcuterie two tier offering was good. A little too salty on the meats but otherwise great choices and presentation. Filet mignon was ordered with blue cheese crust...little heavy on the cheese. Catch of the day was ordered which was halibut however good, the bisque it was served in was very heavy for the fish. Ribeye ordered was good however lacked any extra flavoring. Just salt and peppered. Table side Caesar salad was ordered. Great presentation but again lacked flavor. Croutons were very tiny and did not add any flavor. Just ok but cool experience. Jack Collin's ordered was excellent. The sparkling water with a wedge of lemon was soooo good! Magical water! All in all a good experience but a meal I won't remember for too long.
