Our first time to visit BORI. Food and service were both excellent. We will be back.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I would not recommend it. - Price: The food quality does not match the menu prices. - Service: While the staff appear friendly, they are inattentive and do not properly take care of their tables. - Management: The male manager working in the evening is rude and lacks basic manners. Overall, the restaurant looks nice on the outside, but the experience does not live up to the appearance. Definitely not a place I would revisit.

Quality of meat is always good here. It's not much more than AYCE and my hunger is always satisifed at the end of the meal. I also rather let the server cook the meat as they are trained.

The food was very good and Tonny was very attentive and answered all our question. My only issue is when we were were seated, we asked to be placed in a booth. A member of our party is pregnant. We were told we could use the booth but we would have to be done by 8pm (this was at 6:15 pm on a Monday). We didn't know how long the experience would take, so we said we would take the table/chairs. About 15 minutes later, another group was seated in the exact booth we asked about...and when we left about 8:20 pm, they were still there.

Server was super nice and food was great as always but not consistent. Had the kimchi pancake like I usually get and it was crispy and thin. Ordered another one, came in thick and soggy. Also ordered the premium beef cuts but the server forgot to give us the corn cheese, kimchi soup, and steamed egg that comes with the package.
