Enjoy our beautiful open air restaurant, Boom, located on a headland with a spectacular view overlooking Nelson’s Dockyard, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Serving delicious lunches from 12 to 4pm.

If you wish to use the pool and sunloungers please contact us to book our all inclusive day passes in peak season. Out of season use of the pool is subject to a minimum spend and availability.

We’ve been visiting Boom for several years. We book lunch and stay for most of the day using the pool and the sun loungers. Things have changed a bit now and when we turned up this time we were told that we should have bought a day pass. We explained that we didn’t know this and we have never had to do it before. The day pass costs 90 or 120 US dollars. This includes 1 drink, 1 bottle of water and either a 2 or 3 course lunch. It’s a new thing that they have put in place and I can see that they felt they needed to do it because they get very busy. Unfortunately I can not see this info on any website which is why I’m posting it on open table. There is no discount for kids by the way. We paid it for the 4 of us and had a lovely day as usual and will go back again next week. The food was lovely but I wish they would change their menu now and again. I think it’s been the same for ages. Thank you Boom for a lovely day but you need to advertise your day pass policy and perhaps change your menu. 😊

Visited BOOM once before 4 years ago. Was a very good experience then.......Now even better. Nice pool, relaxing and a fine restaurant to boot. Well done.

This is our 3rd visit in just over a month as we take friends and family whilst we are here on holiday. This time did not start well as we were told we did not have a reservation ( and clearly we did). Luckily they could fit us in, but later than planned. The reservation person must have been under some stress as was short with us, and as the hotel was busy, wanted us to go away and come back nearer to the lunch time. Part of the ambiance of Boom is to relax on the loungers and enjoy the pool, and we had come from Jolly Harbour, so I was a bit annoyed. We managed to agree we could stay, but were requested to take loungers away from the pool area, which we did. It did spoil the ambiance somewhat, as the staff did seem stressed. However, food as always was great. However, we have more guests planned to visit over the next few months and I’m not sure Boom will rank no 1 around English Harbour anymore
