Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team.

The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce.

Guests will find a variety of vegetable-forward dishes like the Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart with Ver Jus Sauce, Cast Iron Ratatouille, Potatoes Pureé an ode to Joël Robuchon.

Desserts are abound with chef Elia's signature Mexican Hot Chocolate Crème Brulée and her interpretation of the classic Pavlova.

I’ll never go back to the Strip for fine dining. This place beats every restaurant down there, for the food, service and convenience of my own neighborhood. Excellent!

Quite honestly the worst meal I’ve ever had in Vegas. We were a part of 5 celebrating a birthday. We ordered a few starters and we all had pasta for our main course. Most of us could only manage a few bites of food before giving up. Oily, bland and lifeless dishes. Worst espresso I’ve ever had the displeasure of drinking. Overall hideously bad food. Also how does one have a bar with no blender to make drinks.

This is our go to restaurant, if you want Strip quality without the hassle of having to drive there this is your place. The servers are the best so professional and lovely, food is always great and the ambience is lovely.

If you are going here on a Friday night, they have a DJ in the restaurant and it’s loud inside. We were seated promptly and placed our drink orders. They have seasonal menus and the menu that night did not match the menu I was viewing online earlier in the day. The drinks came out slow but it wasn’t too bad. We ordered everything at once, deviled eggs appetizer, white lasagna, brussel sprouts side, & ribeye daily special. The appetizer came out fast and was just average. The food and side came out slow. This seemed to be the norm that night as many tables were there for quite a while. The steak was over salted and the lasagna tasted like it was made with too much butter. The portion sizes were big (we packed half of each entree in to go boxes). The brussel sprouts and truffle fries were good. Ordered their seasonal pumpkin drink during dinner and the drink came out promptly and was very good. Prices were high for what you get and we were disappointed in the overall experience. Would probably visit during happy hour (not on Friday) as their drinks and appetizers were very good.

We LOVE Boom Bang. It is our spot that we go to over and over. The staff is amazing and know us and our daughter as soon as we walk in. The food is always amazing, along with the cocktails too! It has an awesome vibe like you’re downtown or on the strip without having to be. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!

We had a great lunch celebrating a birthday. I had the wedge salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was moist and delicious. We had a mango cobbler for desert that was off the charts. This restaurant get a five star rating!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was excellent. Especially the white lasagna and the pork shank. We also 2 bucatini pasta dishes that were excellent. The mushroom tart for an app was great to share among 4 people, and also had the corn dogs which was a surprise on the menu but was quite good. Paloma cocktail was perfect. Service was excellent. Waiter asked if it was our first time, and it was, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and with portions. There was DJ who was awesome!! Played 80’s music and was spot on with all the great songs all of us 50-something’s grew up listening to. Was a great addition. He even came over to personally make sure it wasn’t too loud and that we liked the songs. The decor is super cool. Great vibe with this retro feel but modern as well. Surprise hit for shopping strip center location. We came because of Elia (the Chef being on Top Chef), and we were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience!! Definitely going back.
