Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team.

The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce.

Guests will find a variety of vegetable-forward dishes like the Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart with Ver Jus Sauce, Cast Iron Ratatouille, Potatoes Pureé an ode to Joël Robuchon.

Desserts are abound with chef Elia's signature Mexican Hot Chocolate Crème Brulée and her interpretation of the classic Pavlova.

Went to dinner with friends and was surprised it was not more well attended for a Saturday. This place has class and ambience. Friendly and helpful staff with spot on meal recommendations. The food was exceptional as were the drinks. Highest recommend for lunch or dinner

As we pulled in for the first time, our expectations were not overly high as we realized the strip mall location. Another unfortunate restaurant location with the evening sun blasting the front window. Upon entering, however, we were delightfully surprised at the cozy ambience as we were seated. That sun definitely warms up that window significantly, and we in fact saw a couple reseated after they requested a respite from the heat. What followed was simply one of the best meals my wife and I have experienced; from the amazing wedge salad to the perfectly cooked ribeye steak, followed by scrumptious lemon tart and creamy vanilla bean ice cream! Rarely do I take the time to post reviews, but this was above and beyond! Highly recommended! :)

Such an incredible experience. Great cocktails. Great meals. Great service. 2 great appetizers. Our table of 5 had a burger, short ribs, half chicken, salmon and fish and chips. All were incredible. Highly recommended to anyone!!

I was a little disappointed in our experience at Boom Bang. The food was fine but not the outstanding experience that I was anticipating. My fault for not managing my expectations better. Chairs are super uncomfortable. That didn't help....

Food was pretty good. They have a hard time nailing the chicken as this is the second time we ordered and it was overcooked. Everything else was pretty good! Server was great!

Another great meal. Chef Elia is awesome as well as our server Rick. I had the sole & my husband had the rib eye steak. We shared a wedge salad. The carrot cake was to die for!!!

The food was outstanding. I had the pork shank which was tender, juicy in an amazing sauce. My husband had the prime rib which he said was the best he’s had in years. Out server Rick made our evening enjoyable and was attentive throughout the entire meal. Five star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered the French Dip which was melt in your mouth good! Accompanied it with a Dharma Gin cocktail off of their cocktail menu. Soooo good!

Got there early so the place was nearly empty. Was seated immediately, the person who sat us was very nice. The server seemed disinterested for some reason despite this being her only table. Service was below average. The other tables seemed to fair better with different servers. The shrimp cocktail was average. I don't feel bad about having ordered it but I wouldn't do it again. The corn dog appetizer was delicious. I appreciate that the mustard was the same stuff you'd get at the state fair, and the batter had just the right amount of sweetness. The Bucatini Bolognese wasn't what I was expecting. The food looked fine but for the price point I expected a somewhat larger portion. The Bolognese was much sweeter than I was expecting. If you're into that type of flavor this one's for you No salt and pepper on the tables? I understand the message that sends, and any one who doesn't taste their food before adding condiments doesn't appreciate that sentiment anyway. Maybe reconsider? I expected more given the ratings. It was an expensive, pretty good meal.
