really delicious food. wonderful flavors, textures, presentation. the restaurant has a trendy, elegant vibe, is very very dark and a bit noisy. always crowded. we keep returning because it's so good. I'd love their cocktail menu to have a few less sweet options.

Dining at Bond St is always a great experience. I’ve been coming here for 25 years and every single time they deliver. We come here several times a year from Bergen county and it’s always worth the trip. The food, service and atmosphere are top notch. Highly recommend!

There is no place like Bondst. I have been there for 25 years and the food and service is consistently exceptional. It is indeed very expensive but it very high quality on all accounts.

Outstanding food, service sometimes feels rushed as they try to turn over your table. You can slow their roll with some effort.

As always Bond delivers on food and drink as well as service. It is pricey but in the end it always seems worth the splurge. The service was impeccable as always. My default place in the city for sushi when it’s a special occasion.

I have been going to Bondst for about 15 years now, it is consistently the best restaurant in the city. Others come and go …. And then there is BONDst. It isn’t just good, it’s outstanding. Every dish is plated beautifully and is delicious. The Sea Bass (miso) is so good, it melts in your mouth - be prepared for the largest piece you have seen, and you will wish there was more. The crispy rice with tuna is one of my favorites, but I can’t recommend a dish or sushi, because they are all good and it wouldn’t be fair! The cocktails are amazing too, the Jalapeño Margarita is my absolute favorite! The staff is so accommodating, friendly - even the host and hostess station is friendly and on the ball. It runs seamlessly, from the minute you walk through that tall, white, unassuming door; or take the elevator to the upstairs dining area, you know you are at BONDst. This is a carefully orchestrated dining experience and how a high end restaurant is suppose to look, feel, sound, taste and run. The food leaves the kitchen perfectly timed, and I mean it is plated as soon as it is done in the kitchen and whisked off to your table, where the steam is still rising. No cold dishes, over cooked, undercooked, disorganized, or confusion on who ordered what and how it was to be prepared. Lastly, the crowd is young, hip, well dressed and sophisticated. However, you won’t feel out of place if you are treating your children too, or happen to catch a reservation while you are passing through - they do not discriminate or make you feel uncomfortable if you are not dressed straight off the runway. My son’s friend had to ice his ankle after hurting it, no problem - glass of ice, hand towel - problem solved. It is loud, but it’s a a popular, vibrant spot so to be expected. Be prepared to dish out some cash, but it is worth every single penny! Do NOT MISS out on this iconic SOHO restaurant, and if you have never been to BONDst and have been to NYC, what have you been doing!?
