I love bond st and will continue to be a diner here the fish is always fresh the rolls are superb and flavorful. We always splurge on the waygu but this time the stone was not hot enough so didn’t enjoy that was a waste

I specifically called to ensure I’d get a table upstairs for my birthday given it was a coveted Saturday 8PM res. We waited over 20 minutes to be told the table wouldn’t be ready for another 25 mins and could instead grab a table downstairs, which we did. The whole experience and quality of service was not to par with this establishment stands for, I can say confidently as a returning customer: zero attention to detail, no one offered to store our coats as we got seated, service was careless, spotty. Food was good although pushed angrily and hastily on our small table. We also had to remind them it was a birthday celebration and to bring a candle with dessert. Noise level downstairs was out of control. Definitely not happy overall with my experience and a definitely ruined birthday celebration.

Been coming to bond for over 20yrs now. Never disappoints! Love everything. The food and ambiance!

Was SO ridiculously loud that we could not even hear each other! Would lever go back if I wanted to actually converse with my group. We were a group of four and sat a pretty large round table so this made it even worse Suggest investing in some sound absorption material for upstairs back room. Sadly, could have been a five star rating if we could hear each other

Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the overall atmosphere inviting. The food was pristine, and I can confidently say it was a 5-star experience. Without a doubt, I will be back—10/10!

Food was outstanding. Service felt rushed — we were also seated by the door which was very cold and crowded. We sat in the lounge which I wouldn’t recommend for dinner.
