   Exceptional food and drinks, everything we had was delicious and very reasonably priced for the high quality of the food, only downside was the lighting and sound, the chandelier on the second floor is a bit intense and bright, and the sound of other people’s conversations can travel around the room very easily due to the high ceilings, so it’s sometimes hard to hear the people you’re with, I think some softer lighting would add to the overall atmosphere and style

   Lovely spot in the charming town of Malahide. The service was great and cocktails were unique and quite tasty. The food was excellent , portion side good and ambiance perfect for conversation. Truly enjoyed it!

    Before booking, I noted that for this restaurant that seemed to be a good place for a meal, that there were a number of not so good reviews. Now I know why. I booked a res the afternoon of our visit. We arrived about 10-15 minutes early. There was no one at the podium when we arrived so we waited a few minutes. We were seated in a mostly empty restaurant. Our orders were taken fairly quickly and we got our G&Ts. That's when service fell apart. A 3 top and 2 top who were seated after ourselves were served their starters before we were. Then the 2 top that showed up 20-30 minutes after we were got their mains before we did and the 3 top had already finished their mains. No realization of this gap in service. Indeed a couple was waiting at the podium when we left with the woman looking frustrated. Otherwise, our drinks and food were top notch so it's a shame that the front of house is so spotty. Ambience is a bit garish with pink neon signage and pink elsewhere in a nice house with beautiful ceiling medallions and molding. It's good if you're willing to risk the wait. Otherwise a good lot of other restaurants in town
