The food was fresh and tasty. The staff were polite and the price was reasonable considering it is all you can eat. The decor caused the issues. The chairs were uncomfortable and they use pink neon lighting which made it hard to tell if the meat was cooked correctly. Rice bowls were on a shelf under the rice at floor level so you had to get on your knees to reach the ones left at the back. You have to stick your head under the food guard to reach the items at the back. We might try going again, though definitely not in heels or a skirt.

Came here on time at 8:30 and was told that our table was given away because of the fire incident that happened earlier then had to wait half an hour later it’s already 9PM for our table only had 30 mins to eat as we had a movie already booked at 9:30. Extremely disappointed from this as we had to pay for two people $106 total. For 30 mins… The food quality was poor and saying this from a person that has been here before. The fried rice tasted like rice with corn peas and carrot frozen bags you get from woolies. Chicken was chewy and inedible but the spicy beef they had was amazing but bit dry as it was overseasoned No compensation given whatsoever The person seating is didn’t give any sort of care or hospitality towards the people that was affected

Originally booked for 10 people, but was provided a seating for 8 with 2 extra chairs 10 people and 2 grills? I guess that’s how they save cost. Food was ok, staff was ok but should have had 3-4 grills between 10 people.

Definitely recommend BOM KBBQ in Ed Square. Great spot in south west Sydney that provides quality korean bbq with cool music and a great atmosphere

Overall was a great fun experience with my friend. Food was really good and love the buffet for all you can eat so you not wasting your time limit waiting on staff to bring you food which I’ve had before at other restaurants. The gas seemed to run out fast, the staff wanted to change the cooking plate more than 3 times in 90 minutes which seems like to waste cooking time for customers so we can’t cook too much on the all you can eat, as it definitely didn’t need changing more than once in the time we were there. Otherwise really good, I ate way too much and definitely had all I could eat with time to spare.

Amazing Korean BBQ experience. Have been here a handful of times & it never failed to impress the dining area is always clean & well organized, the staff are incredibly hospitable, the food is of exceptional quality & the overall experience is thoroughly enjoyable. I wish there were more BOM KBBQ around Sydney (especially Western Suburbs)
