   My wife and I were celebrating my 57th birthday. We ordered our main courses which were steak and lamb chops. Unfortunately my wife’s lamb chops came out 25 minutes afterwards and was cooked to a temperature of blue. It was orders medium rare. When brought to our waitress attention, she offered to warm it to the right temperature. Totally unacceptable and disappointing. This was an absolutely terrible experience and we will look into visiting other wineries in the future.

   We enjoyed our visit very much, the food at bolero was delicious, the brunch buffet was totally worth it. Loved that there was so much to do on the grounds, there was no reason to leave. Will be back again!

   Best food ever.Service is amazing and we we never have this kind of experience in any of vineyard restaurants.Thanks very much

   Normally - the reason to get a reserve is for avoid waiting time. But we wait for 20minutes outsite

   We hosted a table of six dear friends and had a marvelous evening with really interesting delicious food that was shared around the table. This group was well traveled and they felt like they were back in Spain. I highly recommend the restaurant and our server Madison.

   The overall experience was wonderful. The food was exceptional- creative and delicious. Keith our server was the high point of the evening. He was helpful and engaging. Ask for him next time you visit and your dining experience will be elevated. Our hostess was top notch too. The Bolero is a gem.

   This place is amazing, some of the best food I have ever eaten. Great service, great ambiance, and very beautiful construction and decor! We even became members of the culinary club! Beautiful evening spent with my wife celebrating my wife! I love this place and can’t wait to go back and eat soon!
