Every tapas we ordered was spectacular! So delicious! Staff was gracious and friendly. Wine was outstanding, the Annabel and the reserve Chardonnay

It’s mostly tampas, only a few actual entree dishes both from the sea & land. We had a great server Tina!! and her team. She let us sit in an area overlooking the vineyard and away from everyone else to make our 30th anniversary special. Also thanks for the comp bread pudding dessert. Overall everything was tasty and great portions.

2nd visit to Bolero. Food has been very good as is the ambience. Recommend the Paella and the Halibut. Empanadas are very good, but $18.00 for 3 is a bit steep.

We had an awesome time . The food was great and Zach , our server was excellent! Very friendly and really took great care of our group !

Cute and curt. I’ve been here a few times and each times get better then the last. The only reason for the 4 stars is because they removed the ox tail from the menu, bummer, toot toot!

Great experience!! Service and food were superb. We’ve been waiting to try the paella and exceeded expectations. Arrived at 1pm not knowing it was still brunch but (Josh?) was able to help push back our time. Would highly recommend.

Great food and awesome customer service! We were seated promptly as soon as we checked in with our reservations. We went on a Sunday where it’s a buffet brunch. Great variety of food choices, meat station, and omelette bar.

Food is consistent & good - Spanish dishes like paella, etc. Service is stretched thin (flagging server for refills, extra drinks), but friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor courtyard (inside dining acoustics are too loud for my hearing level). It's really a cut above the normal buffet/brunch - worth it.

We ordered the Tomahawk steak medium rare, and it was delivered medium well. Disappointing.

I called ahead of time to let them know I was going to be a few min late. I got there and they moved my reservation out to another hour and a half. Kindly, the hostess called me in sooner and I was able to bring my party in. The food was great, service was great.
