BoLD serves an elevated American breakfast and brunch, followed by a Mediterranean-inspired lunch, happy hour and dinner.

We're open from 8:00 a.m Monday-Friday and 7:30 a.m Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and brunch, serve lunch from 11:30, happy hour runs from 2:00-6:00 and dinner's from 5:00-9 p.m. We only accept reservations in the evening - at any other time of day, please phone ahead.

The standout of our evening was the exceptional service - our server was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The cocktail menu impressed, as did the cocktails themselves. The chopped salad was a highlight - fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Overall, BoLD offers a winning combination of warm hospitality, skilled bartending, and tasty fare.

We had dinner at BoLD four times this week. We love BoLD’s convenience and Mediterranean food. Last night was the best of our four visits - great food and attentive, authentic service. We’ll definitely return the next time we’re in Breck.

I’m sorry, the food was less than we expected and way overpriced for the few slices of protein that we received. Our server Matt was awesome!!!! I just don’t believe I would have a reason to return to this particular restaurant with so many other options. This is the second time we dined there and hoping for a good result.

Wonderful Mediterranean fare at Bold tonight. Had the Morocco Chicken and it was fabulous! Meze plate for apps is very good!

Amazing service,: our server was attentive and expedient. Unfortunately, the food didn’t taste fresh and the restaurant needs a full remodel, thorough cleaning and a coat of fresh paint. I was hoping it would be our new “go-to” out to dinner place. Probably not.

I’ve been to BoLD every time we visit Breck. Food is consistently good, service and friendly staff and above all prices for the quantity/ type of goods we order is great. We will be back again!

The restaurant was empty when we arrived at 5pm on a weekday. Nice selection of adult beverages and nice bar ambiance. The menu was great as was our mousaka and falafel. I shall definitely return when I can spend more time and sample more of the menu!
