One of the best places we have dined in Minneapolis in a surprising location! Service: Our server was attentive, answering questions we had about the menu even when we didn’t directly ask him. I love it when restaurants automatically box up food for you instead of just slapping down a bunch of boxes at your table and walking away. It’s just a nice touch. The table side drinks were fantastic - a great demonstration without being intrusive to the group conversation as well. 10/10 for service. Ambiance: There was house music played by a DJ who was subtle and didn’t try to make a whole show out of it. In fact, it took us a while to realize there was even a live DJ there. The decor was modern and a fun vibe, with lights at the table so you could read the menus well. The plates were fun and distinctive as well. There were rose petals on our table and they brought out a flaming chocolate cake for a birthday surprise! Food: Everything from the cocktails to the appetizers, entrees, and dessert was distinctive and delicious! I order the tuna tartare at lots of restaurants- this place was my far the best I’ve had. The flavors and texture were fantastic and the citrus balance was perfect. The milk bread and bao buns were great too. The lobster papardelle was delicious with a generous portion of lobster. The carrot cake had a tangy mango glaze on it that really cut the sweetness of the cake - a perfect twist on a classic! Highly recommend from group dinners or a date night and we will definitely be back!

It's nice to have a steak house in the West end, but unfortunately, It is not quite up to the standard I would expect with a high end restaurant. I hope they can improve & survive. The ambiance was really chic & cool on the other hand. It would be a great date night destination

One of the best steaks in town currently, cool ambience. Definitely coming back!

Server was top notch. The sea bass and Brussel sprouts were our favorites. Highly recommend.

Shout out west end adding a new vibe!! Like other reviewers stated this feels this place was transplanted from Scottsdale or Miami. It's def filling in a huge void in MN restaurant scene. We stopped in on Tuesday to celebrate my husband's birthday it wasn't busy and they placed us at a booth meant for 8 ppl but it was just us two that we got a good kick out of. Matt was our server and did an amazing job- wasn't overbearing and provided quality recommendations. The little berry mule was least favorite thing. It was watery. Lacked ginger beer and alcohol 2/5. Everything else was delicious. Brussel sprouts my husband said were the best he's ever had ever 5/5. Truffle spaghetti wasn't overpowering with truffle great balance just a little too oily for my liking 4/5. Sashimi roll 5/5 no notes. And steak was good 4/5. Def a place for birthday celebrations- pricey. Would like to stop by on the weekend when it's more livelier to see the vibe

The food was Amaizng. Only thing I would suggest is maybe have some rice with the entrées.

We had a great experience! Sat in the booth right next to the dj and the volume of music was just perfect! It was not loud at all like other reviews mentioned. We were able to talk and hear each other. The ambiance and decor were great! Elegant! And the lighting was awesome, not bright - creating the mood. The food was amazing! Steak, sea bass and especially scallops (if you like scallops) were to die for! Brussel sprouts (highly recommend), mash potatos and cream corn as a sides were also very very good! We tried several different drinks from the menu and berry mule was my favorite. We will definitely come back!

Disappointing! You'd think from the reviews this place would have been fantastic. A breakdown: Service - Terrible. Our server was Raul N. -From the start there seemed to be a problem with communication. I asked for a full bodied wine, got a very thin tasting red. Asked for a full bodied replacement, he brought another thin tasting red. He didn't ask if I liked either so I just let it go and didn't finish it. He did not notice. -I asked if one of the sauces had a lot of sugar since my husband is keto. He said he didn't know. I asked if he could find out, he seemed quite put out and said, "I could." He didn't. -I asked for the dessert menu to come early on since I like to enjoy dessert with my dinner. He looked confused and then didn't bring the dessert menu. He looked confused when he asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu after finishing dinner and I said I wanted it earlier but was no longer interested. -Other reviewers mentioned if they were celebrating a special occasion the server made it an extra nice experience. When I told Raul it was our anniversary he gave me a blank stare. -Raul disappeared for large portions of the dinner and didn't ask if our food and beverages were good. He did check in at the end and asked if we were having fun. -The gentleman bussing the table did an excellent job. Food: -Goddess salad was excellent, as was the bluefin tuna tartare. -Coulotte wagyu was so so. We couldn't taste any seasoning at all, it seemed they may have forgotten to add any salt. I get that you don't want too much salt on a steak like this, but it needed something. Incredibly bland and boring. The texture was fine. -Lobster mac & cheese was fine. It's hard to get that wrong. Nothing special, kind of oily. -Asparagus side dish was OK. Again, not a lot of flavor and much of it was a yellowish color rather than green.
