Have to look after service level... Since we ordered nobody was around, and we got the wrong cause but I had no chance to say that…) Even when we finished nobody was asked if anything else … steaks were just ok.. nothing special.. Paid a high price for nothing.. Very disappointing experience

Everything was lovely only for my steak being undercooked. I ordered a steak medium well done and so did my husband and he got his medium well but it was only when we got the bill that I realised mine was done medium rare which made me feel sick afterwards. Also it was very noisy but I know that can't be helped. I would like to go back to get my steak the way it was supposed to be cooked though because everything else was lovely. Staff were very friendly and offered more fries/garlic bread if and when we wanted it. Very reasonably priced. I'll be back again.

It was like a fast food stake house. The fillet steak seemed to be cold and it was as if it was pre-cooked. Chips were nice. The desert was so basic. Service was ran by studens who bearly speak english and you couldnt even buy bottled water. We were rushed out and overall experience was terrible. Cosmopolitans were nice. Wont be rushing back anytime soon.

I was told that the dress code was very strict and that no runners or sports shoes wood be allowed. I rang to confirm this on the day as I have 2 teenage boys.....I was told that they had to wear shoes. When we arrived almost every person including staff where wearing runners or trainers, all different brands and colours. Very annoying 😑

Great service staff are brilliant and always checking if there is anything more they can do for you. Food was lovely

The manager decided to verbally abuse a staff member infront of the entire restaurant. Nobody on the planet should have been spoken to in the manner that, the manager decided to do it. The employee was visibly upset by it so much so I asked her if she was ok and I spoke to the manager, Who did not appolagies at all and seen no fault in how she handled anything. If someone has to be reprimanded then there is a professional and respectful way to do that. The employee deserves an outrageous apology and the manager needs to be sent on a management course. It’s not good enough. The food and service other than this was very good. I wouldn’t fault any of the waiters. This manager really just put a bitter taste on the entire experience.

Service was amazing as was the food! This is my second time to visit and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this place to everyone I know Including my mam and sisters who are coeliac Keep up the excellent work and continue as you are, I wouldn’t recommend any changes, why try to fix what’s not broken

When we were leaving all the water was left out on the table for the next day open I don't think for bacteria reason that's should be left out open that was my only reason I taught was strange
